I brought in my 2015 BMW 328i because the retainer clip that holds the wire to the e brake broke. It was hanging and everytime i drove you would hear a loud static sound that was very annoying. Travis drove my car for a few minutes and he already knew what the issue was already. He and one of the workers proceeded to fix the issue and told me it will only take 20 mins. After getting it fixed, to my surprise, I asked how much I owed him and he said it was a very simple fix and decided not to charge me anything. My man and the people that work there are the real deal. I usually hate taking my car to the shop because in most cases they'll try to get the most out of you when it comes to money and are usually very dishonest. Don't take your car anywhere else. Take it here. By far the best experience I ever had getting my car fixed. A+++ service. Thank you Travis you are appreciated my brother!

I recently had my passenger side mirror broken, and was dreading the cost of replacement. Most shops I called only offered to replace the entire mirror assembly with a pricey new part from the dealership. Then I found Travis and Katy's.
Travis took the time to actually understand my needs and budget. He went above and beyond, searching local salvage yards to find a perfect match for my existing mirror. Not only did he find the right part, but he also handled the painting and installation flawlessly.
The end result? A perfect mirror replacement at a third of the cost quoted by other shops! I'm incredibly impressed by their dedication to finding affordable solutions and providing top-notch service. I highly recommend Travis and Katy Certified Auto Repair to anyone needing honest, reliable, and cost-effective car repair.

I made terrible stupid mistake days ago that I was try to replace rear brake pad of my 2021 highlander with EPB. I forgot to put vehicle into maintenance mode and accidently released the EPB after I disassembled the them. Then my car shows parking brake malfunction, I tried many solutions I found online but none of those helped. then I googled car shop and found this place. I called, person on the phone told me he can look into it and might able to help. I was little warried when I pull my car in. The person I spoke on the phone walked to me and told me he needs some time to check if he can perform the reset with no charge easily. 30 minutes later I heard EPB sound of my car when I sit in office waiting: it's done! I want to pay but he said no charge. You guys made me speechless. I personally recommend this place for anyone needs car fix, don't get wrong with what the place looks like, they can do their job and make it done. They are friendly, professional. You have car trouble? Come to this place.
