I highly recommend Paul Moran as a personal trainer and to anyone that has a sports injury. He is a professional with a great amount of expertise in fitness, rehabilitation, and nutrition. Great experience!

I trained with Paul for a month. I cannot honestly say anything bad about him, I chose to leave because of issues that arose between him and I. I am not sure why the person who wrote that she didn't see any results after a month. I personally saw subtle results, but everyone else saw major results, including my massage therapist who commented to me every week that Paul must have been kicking my butt that week because he's starting to see and feel the muscle build. People took notice of how my posture changed, and I even now pay more attention to my posture. I would recommend him to anyone.

In less than two weeks Paul has greatly increased my mobility and decreased my pain. I have had back issues since 1994 and shoulder issues since before that. Paul easly discerned what muscles had shut down and which ones were compensating for them which was causing much of my pain. Working with Paul has increased my sleep and decreased my pain. Paul has been working with my son (age 14) and the changes in my sons strength, mindset and nutrition have been amazing! Paul is awesome with kids and really works with them to connect fitness and mindset. He also corrected my son’s posture and worked on his tight muscles! Paul really brings the best of fitness, exercise and nutrition and works with the kids to make them stronger and more confident. Best money I ever spent for my son!!

We were referred over to Paul, and we are extremely happy with his service. We weren't looking for just any regular trainer, but someone who was knowledgeable with sports training. Paul is a wonderful communicator at why and what you are training! He has increased my son's athletic performance along with his knowledge of fixing injuries and most importantly preventing them! He has increased my knowledge of nutrition and why our blood type is so important. Thank you for everything Paul! We look forward to more sessions and already seeing major results out on the field!! ??

Paul cares about all his clients. He strives to keep them healthy. He hones in on muscles weakness and misalignment (gate). He has had great success with a large range of clientele. He is in a MMA gym, but he is creative and passionate. I have seen Paul as my trainer for over a year. I have had several surgeries on my right knee. He has spent delicate time with me to strength my supportive muscles around my injury. Also, making me stronger, as I have a physical job. I also recommend my clients to him to help with muscle strengthening. He is detected and doesn't miss a training session. He is keeping me in great shape. If you want to get into shape and have someone that will do more than just stand next to you and look at his phone. Paul you rock!!!

Paul is Amazing! He’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to fix any injuries you might have. It’s a nice variety, never a boring session. I feel more energized in the morning. I’ve lost weight and feel stronger at the same time. The confidence I’m regaining, I can’t thank you enough!

Paul Moran at Code Pink Bootcamp has helped, and motivated me to change my routine in a positive way.He offers 5 AM Boot Camps 3 days a week, as well as personal training sessions. With my busy work schedule it made it easy to start the day with a great workout.Paul worked with my schedule so I could take time for private training. He also educated on how I could help myself follow a diet that’s right for me. After a short 4 weeks I saw a major difference in my body.Three months later he has continued to motivate me through my fitness journey. The results have been so rewarding for me. When I found Code Pink Boot Camp I had just had my fourth child three months prior. I had gained over 40 lbs With my last pregnancy and I am only 5’, I felt zero confidence in my body and I felt awful health wise. I was very motivated to lose the baby weight, but did not have high expectations of losing the weight within a short period of time or thinking I would ever look like I did prior to having any kids. After ONE month with Paul Moran I went from wearing maternity clothes to my size 1 pants being TOO SMALL! I was so happy with my results, so I decided to continued to train with Paul Moran and now I am going on four months, down 41 lbs! I feel GREAT! Healthier than I have ever been in my life. I look way better than I did before I had kids, and I have the most confidence in myself and body all thanks to Paul Moran with Code Pink Boot Camp! Paul is honestly ONE OF THE BEST out there! The PERSONALIZED diet he provides is very simple! Not complicated and definitely something you can adapt as a lifestyle vs just a temporary diet that’s not unsustainable long term. His knowledge is out of this world when it comes to nutrition, exercise, injuries, and recovery... not to mention he’s just a super motivating, positive guy! I am so blessed to have found him, I am beyond thankful for what he has taught me, and his guidance to help me get to where I want to be health wise and physically! I have been taking care of my health for many years and have used many different trainers. Paul truly cares for his clients. He puts all his effort into every aspect of their health and well being. Watching him work is an inspiration. He checks on his clients and makes sure they stay on track. Personally before going to Paul I had a knee problem. He didn’t proceed with “regular” training until my knee was strengthened. He worked for about a month before we proceeded to other forms of exercise. He did foundational work with me and all his clients. I highly recommend Paul. He knows what he is doing and cares for his clients.

Been working out with Paul Moran at Code Pink Boot Camp for a year and a half now. I have seen significant results with my body- more defined and toned and gained a lot more strength since I started. He is very knowledgeable in training, nutrition, and fixing injuries. He takes time to help pinpoint and fix whatever pain you’re feeling. Definitely a motivation to keep going especially when you see great results!
