I have call the chase executive team number to open a investigation why I a Chase Customer can’t cash a check from a chase customer that was verified. They didn’t say their check cashing limit.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I wish I could write a positive review, but can’t because their way of approaching is rude and disrespectful. No wonder why this place has very low reviews.

Kindly train your staff to be more friendly and more professional, you see all the reviews, yet you choose not to do anything about the situation.Chewing gum, with mamsita mamsita song playing in the background, and you can clearly hear it, the other teller singing along and tapping her long pointy nails on the counter is far beyond professional without even mentioning manners and etiquette!!Would be nice instead, to smile and assist customers with any request or in answering any questions they might have.

I make deposits here multiple times a week. The front manager Rigo is an absolute inspiration. He is ALWAYS smiling, warm and kind to EVERY single customer who walks through the door, without fail. His professionalism and consistency is incredible. The team behind the window is always delightful. Karissa, Vashanti, Nancy, the young gentleman and the ladies there always greet the customers at the window and drive through by name. They are always smiling, pleasant and personable. All the staff at the front also always greet customers with a smile. Exceptional staff creating an exceptional experience for customers. Thank you team!

Unprofessional, I was angry with the staff there.I came for a notary.I came at 11.20 am, waited 10 mins and the guy told me that I had to wait 45 mins more and told me can go somewhere back at that time.I was ok and told him “I will be back around 12.15.When I backed, I told that guy that I was here and still waiting.But the lady - the notary said I had to wait, she need to serve another the customer, he came before me. Weird

Unprofessional and they never have experience how to treat with the customers. Based on a Chase bank offer through the mail, I tried today to open a business credit card but unfortunately wasn't successful. All required documents have been submitted, then says we're not able to complete your request.My fault was I never get back to the location reviews before headed there.

I came to this location for an appt. at 4pm that I scheduled three days in advance because I needed to set up a new bank account before flying out. It is now 4:35 & I'm still in the waiting area. I can't understand why there's only one whole person in this building that can setup a bank account, a little ridiculous. Waste of my time when I got off early.

We came in to close our savings account due to multiple maintenance fees that should not have been withdrawn because the initial banker said both my wife and I were linked to the account and we should not have a fee. I finally got tired of the terrible service so I went in and canceled my savings account and withdraw my money and soon to find out the banker processed it out of my checking which made me negative and overdrawn instead of taking it out of my savings. This morning i was planning to enjoy my day off with my family and here we are on the phone getting transfer from one associate to the next and wasted a lot of time to just go back to the original department I spoke to. This has been a absolute inconvenience. I appreciate the people that took care of us. There has got to be a better processes.

I just want to know how come the ATM's only work 50% of the time you go to use them!!!! So frustrating that you have to go to another atm and pay a fee to get money out because your own banks atm's don't work!!!

Using the ATM at this branch in my opinion is very dangerous after dark the fence has been split down the middle making it easy for customers to be robbed at the ATM. Please repair the fence before someone is killed there

WORST BRANCH EVER! Those are a bunch of morons working in the branch. They know nothing! Constant argument between bankers. Promised to fax documents but never did. I literally have no clue how these people can work in a bank.
