*(Update) I am adding stars for Joseph Bolden and Jaime Tanner whom really cared and put in time they didn’t have to insure my issues where address. I appreciate their effort. With their effort the hold was lifted early. It is still concerning that all decisions and processes are outsourced to India and in India they were not following Chase policy. It is sad how Chase has created a system that is broken and not customer first. Again thank you Jaime and Joseph for your efforts as no other branch (3) was willing to help at all.*Do not bank with Chase especially as a business. The branch managers have no control and are unable to help in any case as Chase has outsourced all decision making and processes to India. Which is very concerning. Will be banking with local credit union. I deposited a cashier’s check on a Thursday. It was put on hold till the following Sat 7 business days. Spend time in the bank and on the phone with no help Friday and sat. Went back to this branch where I finally got a branch manager to help on Monday. I spent 2.5 hours waiting while Joseph Bolden verified the cashiers check from the origin bank. It was verified that chase received the funds same day. He input into his computer that he verified it but it was not up to him to release the check. So it’s Tuesday nothing cleared so I called the 1800. Which is India and they told me I needed to call the branch and have their own branch manager call them to discuss releasing the check. I thought it was a joke but nope. So I tried to call the branch and the number listed for the branch is not that branch. I’ve spent over 8 hours trying to get Chase to release funds that have been in there possession for over 5 days with no luck. Once these funds clear I’m leaving chase for good.

Both ATMs on the outside are not working and the bank is closed. It is really sad and not productive to not be able to get cash out of my bank. Now I will need to find a different location to get cash. There is no reason for 2 ATM machines to be not working.

We came in to close our savings account due to multiple maintenance fees that should not have been withdrawn because the initial banker said both my wife and I were linked to the account and we should not have a fee. I finally got tired of the terrible service so I went in and canceled my savings account and withdraw my money and soon to find out the banker processed it out of my checking which made me negative and overdrawn instead of taking it out of my savings. This morning i was planning to enjoy my day off with my family and here we are on the phone getting transfer from one associate to the next and wasted a lot of time to just go back to the original department I spoke to. This has been a absolute inconvenience. I appreciate the people that took care of us. There has got to be a better processes.

I came in today to open up an account and I was immediately helped by Jaime who was AMAZING! Not only did she patiently explain to me the whole process and gave me financial advice, but she was also so warm and welcoming! I was on the fence about who to bank with at first but I left there knowing I made the right choice!

I had high hopes for banking with Chase. Staff was friendly and they offer free business checking for veterans. I was happy as long as my transaction amounts were small. However, they are NOT CAPABLE of handling larger wire transfers. You would think a bank of Chase's size would be great at this, but it's been nothing but frustration and aggravation. Furthermore, there's absolutely no customer support or bankers to talk to when faced with this problem. I gave them 2 chances with large wires and both resulted in failure to process and delayed the wire 5 business days. Also, no one can explain why this happened. This was incredibly disappointing and I'm forced to move my account to a bank capable of handling the transactions of my business. Get it together Chase!

This location has demonstrated wonderful customer service. They are friendly and willing to do what they need to help their clients. I have not had this experience at other locations in Katy, specifically I drive 10-15 minutes to this location even though I have one 2 minutes from my home.
