This bank and Services are the worst in Houston, in Texas, and the whole USA, If you walk into this place and are help by Mina Ghazi (officer) NML ID 1614323 you better believe she will not be doing her job, SHE will make sure she does everything possible to affect your finances rather than helping you in any ways. She will make sure to do anything possible to affect you, walk away from this bank, we move our busines to this location because the last CHASE location was even worse, bank with anyone else, except CHASE. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headaches and financial losses that CHASE bank employes make sure you will achieve.

Walked in at 1:00pm on Saturday to open up a Business Account and since they close at 2:00pm they refused to assist me and suggested i book an appt next time. Thankfully Bank America was in the same plaza and assisted me promptly even knowing they might take longer than closing time. It shows when companies take care of the customers. Got my account and a credit card.

When you get in the bank, no one greets you nor tell you what to do. They don’t even say that they have a sign in sheet. No instructions whatsoever. Customer service was terrible. They need to improve both in person and on the phone. It’s just bad!

This Branch is not that great when it comes to their ATM. They are always down. The staff is nice. But they really need to get new machines.
