Excellent branch of Chase! I met with Lizleydis Donato and she was AMAZING! She set me up with a college account and helped me set everything on my phone in under an hour. She answered all my questions and made the whole experience so wonderful : ).

Have an operating account with them due to a partner's prior business relationship, needed to open two more trust accounts for our property managment company. Pretty simple request, they turned me away and said they didn't have anyone available to help OPEN TWO BUSINESS ACCOUNTS.......said I could come back tomorrow. We will be reevaluating our banking and business relationship with them. So much for customer service.

I am a chase customer and do not appreciate calling the branch and having the system just hang up on me saying the representatives are busy with other customers. There is not even an option to be placed on hold. I have a follow up question to a deposit I made this morning. Good luck getting more deposits from me.

Have never had success getting getting documents. System is always down and manger lady is not friendly at all. 2 bad experiences within 6 months. Not coming back to this branch again.

The drive-thru ATM never works. When I told the greeter in the lobby, he said they are aware the screen on the drive-thru ATM doesn't always work. So, if Chase knows it doesn't work then they must be happy to inconvenience their clients. Poor customer service.

When I go there, there is typically just one teller, which means there is a l long line of people waiting to do their business. The atm outside is also typically broken. Just go to a different branch.

I'm not sure what has happened with the convenience of drive up banking. they close at 5 just like the lobby and it says on their website they open at 9 like the lobby. I pulled up at 3 minutes after 5 and there was a line. I got in the the back and the lady wouldn't wait on me. I needed to make a business deposit. The same poor service I have always seen out of Chase Bank.

Chase customer service has gotten worst. We went to several branches a week ago and no one was available to notarize our document. So we scheduled an appointment today in this branch for that purpose. We arrived 10 min. early, but Mr. Nguyen told us there is no one available to notarize our document but made us wait. The lady who we had an appointment with, who by the way we had to approach after 20 minutes of waiting decided to notarize our documents and told us they are not obligated to this service. She then offered us some account options but instead I decided to transfer my hard earned money to a different bank because of the unprofessional treatment.

Was able to get one document signed by a notary that’s that’s worth 2 stars. However, when asked if they could provide two witnesses for the signing on a will document, they said “we cannot have employees sign as witness as it’s against policy”. If you say you can provide a notary for specific document, then why can’t you ask your employees to help when there is nobody in the store?

I went into this bank to make a deposit, and had a great experience with my teller, but the branch recently went under new management and it really seems to have gone downhill from the last time I went in a few months ago.

I frequently get documents notarized at chase bank and never had a issue at any other chase bank. The manager at this branch refused to notarize my document because I presented my valid foreign (Indian) passport. She kept insisting I needed a US issued Identification- I explained to her I am a legal immigrant and my driving license is in process of renewal (showed her my expired DL). She said the Texas notary law requires US issued ID. I explained to her that I visit branch at cypress and it has never been an issue, so I am surprised my passport does not meet the bar for notarization. She replied may be that notary official is doing it if there own accord (the way she said it meant - I am right, everyone else is wrong). Anyways headed to another chase branch and lo and behold my document was notarized with my Indian passport!! I will be filing a notary public complaint for discrimination.
