I tagged along with a friend who was opening an account, and they were helpful, didn't turn him around. We were greeted by someone whose office was near the door, then listened to what my friend needed, then redirected him to ladies who could look up the information for him. He got what he needed done, it took all of 3 minutes. Their service left a good impression on me

The worst Chase Bank I've ever visited. It's clearly the leadership. The tellers were excellent. The Manager had a meeting with the other banker in the middle of the day. The lobby ended up with 5 additional customers all waiting for the meeting to end. After the meeting ended, the Branch manager came out and asked who's next? High performing Chase banks, GREET you when you walk in, they already know who's NEXT! They have an assigned person to determine service needs. The leadership at this branch failed to recover from the mistake and is well below the Chase standard. My advice, Keep driving to the next one!

Look at this mess. You would think a multimillion company would clean after their customers that live in this community. Where is the manager? This company should have some pride and clean this area.

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to make a withdrawal, and staff was doing nothing.

I see the #1 problem is the ATMs always down. Get it together Chase! A big bank like yourself should take care of this problem pronto!
