If I could give negative stars I would, I have been waiting on a case worker to call me for the past month, I have the worst stomach pain you can imagine I call this place every other day to get the person to call me for the next steps to see what to do about my stomach and this people have been absolutely horrible at getting back to me I have called over 100 times and I’m still here with the stomach pain while I did my CT scan a whole month and a half ago. I know it’s affordable health care but yall have been 0 help so far and I have paid over $400 in CT scan and $200 in medicine and still feeling this pain.

I loved the other location. They were always very punctual and personal with the clients. I’m pretty sure the doctors at the new location are different.. I set an appointment and they called me the day before to cancel my appointment and then couldn’t reschedule me for another month. I finally get to my appointment and I’m waiting two hours in a room after my appointment only to be told there’s still people ahead of me. Be sure your schedule is cleared if you’re planning on making an appointment!

HORRIBLE experience. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. I got out of work, and got there 15 min early to check in. A nurse took my vitals and left me in the room with the door closed. My total wait time was 2 hours and 15 min. I left my phone number for the manager and I hope to get a call back.
The unprofessional excuse was: “the doctor takes a while with each patient, talks to them and people usually wait 3 hours”. So why make an appointment that isn’t going to be kept? I asked for a letter for my job stating that I was there; at least apologizing for not being able to be seen due to delays, and not even that.
My best advice, if you want to wait a really long time, and probably not be seen, suit yourself. If not, avoid this place.

Today was the worst wait time in all my years going to this clinic.
I have need even as a WHITE PERSON!
Two hours for 2 med refills.
The wait was extended even after the doctor exam.
I prefer a female nurse practitioner.
The doctor was pleasant enough but I felt dismissed too easily.
The wait after my whatever exam led to my going outside my exam room and looking for the dismissal.
No managed visit once inside the wait room.
Everyone is important and deserves to be treated so.

Any visit to a doctor's office should be pleasant aside from the reasons for being there but that is frustratingly not the case across the profession.
Going here was a great experience, both the med staff and pharmacy are professional and compassionate.
