This is only my second time going here. I went back a second time because they had done a good job, however this time around was really bad. I got a simple dip powder manicure and the lady did so bad, I had rough edges , did not clean up the residue under my nails and did not seem interested in wether I liked them or not. My pedicure was ok…nobody bothered to check and ensure my polish was dried so it got messed up when I left. WILL not go back.

Worse nail job of my life and not to mention way more expensive than other places. When I asked to have thickness of my nail modified she proceeded to talk about it with her colleague and give me attitude about what I was asking for.

Always a very pleasant experience. Their prices are comparable.
Someone stated in their review that their prices have gone up, well it was about time. The service that they provide is hard work.

I come here often, but everytime it seems the prices have increased. I paid 112$ for Powder Acrylic & one of the basic pedicures. I have got more intricate and more extreme services in the past and paid that much, but this time just didn't seem right. Truly felt like they were just trying to get money out of me. The math didn't feel right. The ladies are nice, don't get me wrong. They are talented. Another thing... They offer drinks but every single time I have gotten a cup of wine there has been a nat in it. Just disappointed.

I've been coming here for several months now and they always do an excellent job! Mia does the cutest designs even on my short nails! I've tried other salons but I always end up back here because they have better quality dip powders that last a minimum of 2 weeks with no cracks or chips (I'm a nurse, so that's impressive). 10/10

Well, I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and everything was good, but recently I had a bad experience with my pedicure!!! The lady who did my pedicure in February dug so deeply into my two big toe nails, that they are falling off/dying!!! I hadn't even noticed, because they had polish on them, but when I took my nail polish off I saw that they were falling off at the sides. I had to take a clipper to cut the piece off that was hanging. I always explain to whoever is doing my pedicure that I don't want them digging into the side of my big toe nails, but it never fails, they don't listen!!! This time, they really did it!!! They injured my big toe nails!!!! The one on the left foot is the worst, it's all jagged & half of my toe nail is missing!!! I haven't clipped the right one yet, but it's no longer attached to my toe on one side!!! I have a wedding coming up on April 1st, but I will be doing my own pedicure & manicure. One more thing, they seem to only cater to the people who want both acrylic nails and a pedicure, if you just ask for a pedicure, they ask over & over again if you need a manicure. I will not go back except to show the owner what they did to my toes.

Came in super stressed and had to do my nails to feel better. When I came in, one of the first questions I got besides what color was, "DO YOU WORK?" I didn't see anyone else get that question or odd, attitudinal mannerisms. Her name Might be Vivian because that's what the drill said. First person on the right. All I know is that that left a bad taste in my mouth and you never know what ppl are going thru. Now! She did console me to a certain extent because I was upset when I was crying from a phone call. I give her that, but that question striked me as odd as hell. WHY IS THIS YOUR BUSINESS? I can pay you, right! The general demo that goes in there is like older Caucasian females around 40-60s and definitely felt unwanted not only from the ladies attending but the ladies working. "I'm not a girl, I'm a lady" is the last thing I remember to brush off the louder lady, maybe the owner. I am not your friend and you are not mine. I will never be your "girl". I don't like to overthink these kinds of encounters but it seems exactly how it sounds. On the plus side, she uses a great grade of acrylic. On the bad side, hold the arrogance/ignorance. My nail broke in three days and honestly I expected more with the weird attitude but yeah, it was for no reason. Tipped both persons 20 each. My pedicure lady (brown classy plaid outfit) was super nice, empathetic, and sweet. If it was up to me, I'd only have her service me. The rest has a crazy attitude. Oh and Vivian, if I hand you about 160 in cash. YOU MUST put it back in my hand. That's why I dropped your tip at your desk AND you kept hovering around me like a pest for a tip after I got my change on the desk. Never again.
