I pay way too much for internet that goes out all the time. Paying for something I can't use all the time. Very Very sad you lose customers for that reason and you raise our prices . It's not like we're getting anymore out of you we're getting less, sad sad sad 😞 😢 😔 😕

Why is it at night you guys can’t keep the speeds up I pay for 2 gig fiber always at 8 to 11 clock at night the download speed just plummets to like 10 mbs and the upload always 2 gig you guys are making fidium fiber look bad
