Use to be one of my kids favorite store but any more from the attitude of the one of the store manager as she say and her name is Kay , big sign board in the middle of the store that say 15% discount for student and she refuse to give that discount the reason she say it’s only for collage . I took a pic for her to show me where show for collage student then she told me online you can read it . When customer walk to store that mean the customer don’t want to buy online . And always read what the store says for any discount . I just buy one 2 weeks ago and they give me the discount and always give when I show the ID .
The store is a big name and always they having good deal buy always employee try to not give . I attached the pic and please f you find out discount for collage student I will come personally to the store again and apologize and pay 10 times of price

I VISITED THIS PLACE AND THEY HAD A STAFF ON BLACK FRIDAY THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT AT ALL KIND AND IT WAS A WOMAN WHO LOOKED LIKE SHE DID NOT WANT TO WORK...THE COMPANY SHOULD GIVE TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE TO GIVE INFORMATION AND THEY SHOULD ALWAYS SMILE KINDLY. ..AND NOT COLD MIND..I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT....I VISITED THIS PLACE AGAIN..ON JULY 4, 2024...THE PROMOTIONS ARE NOT AS GOOD AS REEBOK..ADIDAS AND UNDERARMOR...REALLY I FOUND HIGHER PRICES..AND WITH A 40 PERCENT DISCOUNT THAT REALLY FALLED TO ALMOST THE SAME NORMAL PRICE..INstead I SAW BETTER PRICES IN BURLIGTON AT CONVERSE AND 3N MARSHALL THAN IN THE MERE COMPANY..MY DAUGHTER TOOK 3 PAIRS FOR IT PRICE OF 60 DLRES..AND IF I HAD TAKEN THE SAME GOODS IN THE FACTORY I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE..TREALLY THERE ARE NO GOOD DEALS..I HAVE ALREADY BEEN SEVERAL TIMES AND I ALWAYS FIND THE SAME PRICES BETTER LOOK FOR WHAT YOU WANT ELSEWHERE..AND NOT THEY ARE FRIENDLY WITH THE CUSTOMERS UNTIL THEY THEY RUN YOU WITH THEIR CHARACTER....

Did I hit up the Converse store once, twice, three times within 24 hours? You bet! Scored some fresh kicks and experienced top-notch service from the staff. Though I missed their names, both folx were absolute gems!

My experience was not great! I went in yesterday around 5pm and the young lady at the register had the WORST attitude. She litterly scuffed and rolled her eyes at bothe the customer in front of me. When it was my turn I came in to exchange a size for the same exact shoe that I got for Christmas and she told me I had to have the receipt or I would have to Pay. I explained that I called ahead they put the shoe on hold for me and never said I needed a receipt or I would have to pay the taxes? It was a Christmas gift and it's an even exchange! Same exact shoe different size! But ok !!! I've never herd of that happening ever, I've been in retail management for 13 years, if you can't check your attitude at the door, you shouldn't be the first face Customer see! I will not be going back!
