Terrible Service. No Urgency. Bought tires and they said they couldn’t install because I went to a 30 sidewall from a 25 sidewall. It is not their policy to install tires 3% bigger than the replacement. Wth. Came to pick up, the cashier said they are torquing my wheels. Look at my car for 15 minutes without any touching it. 30 minutes later someone torqued them. Came back inside to issue refund and then waited to for them to bring the car around. 50 minutes after they called me to say cone get it, we can’t do it.

Horrible service, i came for a flat tire at 10 am, now its 12:15 still they haven’t fixed it! They want us to spend the whole day at costco! I calked yesterday for an appointment they said you can walk in at 10. Employees treat you with a smile and make you wait for 3 hours!

Worst customer service ever. It took me 3 days to finally get them to answer their phone calls, many attempts, no answers and a really long wait time to finally speak to someone. I had questions before purchasing online and then there was no appointments available for 2 weeks. I decided to walk in when I asked if I could and they told me 5 hours and they would give me a call once ready. Dropped off around 12 and waited till 5 to call and they said it was ready. No idea how long it was ready for. And Mathew was very rude when I dropped off my truck, kept cutting me off and once he took my keys he didn’t even say anything just turned around and walked away. The price was pretty good but not sure it’s worth it for sacrificing time and service. Their system needs work

Is it possible to give zero stars??? The Katy Costco tire center is a joke. Had an appointment for installation of new tires and after 2 hours they haven’t even taken the car back! Why even have an appointment!?!? This has happened more than once. Go somewhere else!!!

We had a great service done here, although it did take a bit longer than what they said initially.
When the car was ready, Santiago (the staff that returned my car), went way beyond his job to help me since I had a baby and groceries with me.
He pulled out my car, put my groceries in the trunk, and took the cart back to the store.
Thank you again, Santiago! You were a great helper!

Cost is a great place for shopping as well as dining!! Many great deals are easily available! I like getting some groceries, frozen stuffs and electronics!! :) Keep up the great work!

Completely disorganized making the tire replacement too slow. I step in at 11.30 I went out at 2.30. There is no efficient system for taking and return the car. No appointed person for that. The person at desk go and install a tire then another come and install another one and so on..no way..I’ve worked in places where tires are replaced and wheel balanced in less than 30 min once car is lifted.Tires and prices are good

Stay away from Costco tires. Their warranty is a joke even though they advertise that it’s covered in price, it’s not. I had incident on same tire twice and second time they said “you have already claimed the warranty once so we can only give you $30 credit” The tires had only 2k miles on it and I paid $160 for it. And don’t even talk about out their customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff at the counter. Service is slow, it’s takes a whole day for any service. I hope I don’t have to deal with them again.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this tire center. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. The overall attitude towards customers was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this place based on my negative encounter.

The Katy Costco Tire Center restored my faith in having my tires serviced at Costco. Jeremy specifically, took his time and explained his findings. Based on what he found, the service I received on Tuesday (of the same week), from another Costco tire center, was not up to standards. I left with a better understanding of how my tires operate and for that I am grateful. I will only be servicing my tires here moving forward.

Costco is necessary for life. It's the best. Just get your card and start saving. The paper products alone plus things like medicine and batteries are big savings from normal grocery stores.
