The Cottage Charm hosted our our wedding reception with family here. Everything was perfect! The guests loved the charming feel. A front came through the weather was great. It made having the event outside AMAZING! Do go visit Maggie and Hector. You will fall in love with this place as soon as you set eyes on it. We did!

Cottage Charm was the perfect place for our wedding reception because of the outdoor space which I was looking for. Maggie was amazing to work with and she was very quick at answering all my questions. Maggie provided me with contact information for all the extra vendors I was in need of. Maggie helped put together a reception which included DJ, Bartender, Photo Booth, food catering all with a reasonable budget. Hector made sure tables, DJ, bar, and dance floor were all put where needed leaving plenty of room for our quest to be able to move around. The staff that was provided and lead by Nilsen was wonderful. Nilsen did everything I asked him to do without hesitation. The cleaning staff kept the venue cleaned and picked up throughout the night. I could not have imagine the evening without them. A special Thank You to Nilsen for making our night Very Special and Wonderful. Hector set up the DJ and he did a wonderful job and helped make announcements all night. Dinner was provided by Lasagna House III, and the dinner was delicious and Matt was very easy to work with. All night I was getting compliments of how good the food was. Matt provided plenty of food where some of the guest went back for seconds. The Bartender was also efficient and so well organized and worked well all night with my quest. At the end of the night they had washed and pack up all of my things that I had brought for the bar. I would also like to mention Jessica Renken she decorated the Bride and Groom Gazebo it looked beautiful and very budget friendly. If I do have one thing negative about the evening it would be the photo booth vendor. The photos were to light and they didn’t offer a copy of all the photos taken for the Bride to keep was a little disappointing.
Cottage Charm in Katy is a Great Place to have any kind of event.

Cottage charm was the perfect place to have our wedding. We had about 90 guests and we all fit so comfortably. Hector really helped bring our vision together as well. I thought I wanted everything outdoors, but being under the tent for most of the reception was perfect, on a cold night! Hector and Maggie were very accommodating and helpful through the entire process. I will recommend cottage charm over and over again!

Maggie and Hector were so responsive, it was such a great experience in terms of communication, flexibility, reasonable packages for our budget. I never had to wait for long a response, which is one of the most important things I look for with vendors. It was extremely affordable for a baby shower we hosted for over 70 people. We paid for use of the home in addition to the outdoor tents which kept everyone warm in 40 degree weather. The Garden Room was already decorated. There is a whole outdoor kitchen we used as the bar service. The cleaning staff were amazing so PLEASE hire them. They honestly kept the entire event going smoothly. The bar freezer was large enough for bags of ice and the 2 fridges was also great. The kids had a great time and there was plenty of space to hold games outdoors. We also had enough space in the tent for 10 tables, a balloon arch, and buffet tables! Linens were INCLUDED! If I had to host another event, I'd come here hands down! Thank you guys!!

First, the host was so sweet and accommodating. The venue was beautiful and included everything we needed for our baby shower. There's plenty of parking, which can be hard to come by, and lots of seating inside & out. Overall a lovely venue for any type of party.

We had a wonderful night celebrating our elopement with 110 guests. Hector and Maggie (new owners) were helpful and attentive. I got compliments all night about how perfect the venue was. If you’re looking for a place that has its own charm without you needed to decorate everything- this is it!

I want to thank Ms Nancy for her helpfulness and professionalism. While planning my father's memorial service we had to change locations at the last minute. Nancy came through for us. We were to able book the venue for the day we wanted and the time we wanted. There was a wedding scheduled the next day and a very gracious and kind bride and groom allowed us to use the venue even though they had begun to set up for the wedding the next day. Everything just fell into place. We had a wonderful memorial for my dad. The place was perfect to gather friends and family in a comfortable environment. There was plenty of room and with a catering house serving food was easy and efficient. The price was very reasonable as well. I can't compliment Nancy and Cottage Charm enough for what they did to help us in a difficult time.

Top notch! The venue owner, Nancy, is absolutely precious and greatly talented! The venue is beautiful and if you're looking for a unique picturesque setting in the middle of downtown Katy, look no further. The trees offer plenty of shade and both the house and outdoor tent offers a lot of space to accommodate your guests. We look forward to working another great event here!
