They would not let me in the store the hours say they close at 6 I was at the door by 5:53, I was not even going to look around I was just trying to do a return I tried to explain that to the lady at the door and she completely ignored me and was just shaking her head that she was not going to let me in.

Worst experience ever! The store manager, Nikki, is the worst.We bought a pair of shoes for my daughter yesterday. Since she is only 1, we asked about the return exchange policy. I was told within 45 days, as long as it is not too worn, there is no problem with return or exchange.She wore it a little in the house today, and her feet were squeezed with little hole prints on them. So I came back to exchange a bigger size to see if it would fit better. After they finished the transaction, I was told it was final. If I had known this before they did the exchange, I would return it and buy the bigger pair which still gave me the return/exchange option.The manager, Nikki, made me wait forever. Came out and told me, they were doing me a favor by exchanging it for me. It is too worn, and the tags are off. They won’t be able to return it anyway. She just tried to make up some random reasons to reject me.Anyway, I had a horrible experience. I hope someone with better customer service experience can take over the manager role. Crocs deserves it. Customers need it.

Omg! Where do I begin? First I did not order online because I would have not received the crocs before my trip. But I wish I had. The employees are way too aggressive. As soon as I walked in a girl went into a 5 minute speech about a 25% off sale. Employees constantly in your face trying to suggestive sale, upsale and everything in between. I literally got anxiety and walked out. I like to shop in peace. If you ask me once if I need help and I say no, I expect you to leave me alone. Not continue to hound me. Get a feel for your customers and customize your approach based on that. Not everyone is receptive to that bubbly, cheerleader sales approach.

I will never buy in store again... only online... this store has been claiming their refund system is down for days and saying they have no idea when it will be fixed... ? definitely a scam for more store revenue. The system to purchase and refund is the same.... if you can make a purchase, you should be able to make a refund. Don't believe this at all.

I came into the store with my son because he wanted some Crocs with spiderman and although we've been here before the new manager Nikki was extremely helpful because previously i felt a little unwelcomed but she showed my son all the little thingys and I must say she did a good cause his shoes looked pretty cool!

They lied to me , They said they took the right size for me , but they took the wrong size . When I get home try on wrong size shoes. I wanted to exchange , but they said it was not possible to exchange . Very cheating. Bad service customer . Never buy Crocs ??.

I own several pairs of crocs. I am a loyal customer and love the brand, but the employees at Katy Mills are out of control. I stopped in today to get a few pairs before my trip tomorrow. I was stopped at the door by an employee and told that I needed to wait outside of the entrance. I look inside the store (mind you, it's 12 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, not exactly prime time), and I see a husband and wife and their kid browsing through the selections. My daughter, myself, my mother in law and another prospective customer are forced to watch this family of three try on shoes.... and for what??? This isn't the Gucci store in the Galleria. This is a Crocs store in Katy, Texas. So I went to the shoe store across the way and purchased two pairs of Crocs. This store lost a sale and I'll be purchasing exclusively online or from third party vendors from here on out. Great job, guys!

Over priced shoes that are not even worth buying, Gina (the manager) has no customer service skills, I wasted $55.00 on these ugly shoes that do not even fit me, I tried to return the next day and because I wore them for 10 minutes out the store, “the policy” is that they can not be returned. So basically I WASTED my money, I am so mad, this is so wrong in so many ways, this company does not care about their customers, they only see dollar signs, they won’t be getting any more of my money.

Interesting store, very large selection but there was a line to get in. Prices are high and seem very overpriced for what you're getting.
