Very warm inside so stay hydrated but great facility. Lots of useful equipment for bodybuilding, power lifting, and overall fitness. Great rates and great energy. Would recommend taking a tour.

Crossover Fitness is an incredible gym. Jimela the owner and the coaches exhibit an open welcoming and diverse culture that all are welcomed regardless where you are in your fitness journey. The gym is always clean and disinfected rigorously to keep the members safe. I recommend anyone connect with Jimela and the Crossover Fitness team to purse their fitness goals.
