Never got my conformation email or text. Nor my access code. Went to the office for that information . The guy in the office was helpful. Got to my unit and building was hot! Checked my account to find that they gave me a unit in a non-climate control building but when I went online, I clicked the option for climate control, but for some reason the system gave me not climate control. So already annoyed and in an incredibly hot building I got to my unit. The door was incredibly dirty. I open the unit. There was mouse or rat droppings all over the unit, and spiderwebs and pieces of debris. clearly they got the unit ready without cleaning it or they just never checked on it after they got the unit ready so I cleaned the unit myself. On a positive note at least this will push me to put up the shelves in my garage so I can take all my stuff out of that horrible unit

Exhausting move as always; however, the only positive was Susan at CubeSmart. She was absolutely amazing. From reserving the unit to paying and moving in Susan communicated everything and kept us up to date. The process was seamless because of the automated booking and of course Susan’s extra touch. During the chaotic move we arrived to the site just prior to close and we took longer than expected and we got locked inside the facility because it was after hours. Fortunately I had Susan’s phone number and I sent her a text. She answered at 10:15pm on Friday night and provided the number to get an access code to get out. She is amazing! People like Susan make the difference!
