Pharmacy is running without a pharmacist at 7pm… spoke with Ezekiel pharmacy attendant he couldn’t help… he wasn’t totally rude but definitely not the best customer service attendant… very snappy and has that don’t care attitude.Never going to any other CVS as of today

I went to pick up my father's medicine through drive thru tonight. I had question the pharmacy tech about the charge, he took more than 20 min figuring out why it was not covered by insurance, I had simply asked him to look at the history, find out the same medicine that was picked up 3 months ago and how much the charge was etc. After 20 min of waiting, I asked him to have someone else assist you if you have trouble looking up the previous history of this medicine, instead he argued with me so I told him to hurry up, I have to get going. While he was processing the prescription again, which he said it would take about 10 min, he must be not competent however, his pharmacist came at me extremely RUDE trying to justify her tech that it takes about 10 min to re-process everything and made me feel that I was very inconvenient to her. When I asked the tech for his pharmacist name, he of course then closed the window and asked pharmacist whether he can give that information out or what not, then again his RUDE pharmacist PRIYA PATEL came back at the window to spell out her name with the attitude of WHATEVER.I have a family of five and I refuse to go to CVS, cause of poor service provided from your pharmacist, Priya Patel and unprofessionalism.My dad has been with CVS for years and that's the only reason I stop by at CVS occasionally to pick up his medicine.This is extremely disappointing especially when a pharmacist like (PRIYA PATEL) who thinks they OWN the CVS and their customers. what can you really expect from the staff then?The pharmacist def need to be educated on being professional and courteous to customers and must be reminded of how she gets paid CAUSE OF CUSTOMERS SHOPPING AT CVS AND PICKING UP THEIR MEDICINE KEEPS HER SALARY GOING.

They do not check your kiddos antibiotics medicine if correctly prepared, they usually forgot to add the water to make it ready, so you have to go twice to have the medicine ready to use!

Nov 2023 - I use this location for its pharmacy since it's less than a mile from the house. Unfortunately, it seems that every time I go in to pick up a prescription, it's a "fight." First, the staff makes you feel like you are an inconvenience because they have to stop what their doing to help you. Second, they never seem to fill the prescription correctly. ie 30 day vs. 90 day claiming it's the doctor's fault because they sent it in wrong. Third, I used them this year for my flu shot. I made an appointment but still had to wait 30 minutes for one of the staff to administrator my shot.But, it's not all bad. The front counter folks always greet you when you walk in.

Worst costumer service I ever see in a pharmacy store.They Can’t dispatch a prescription if you got there 4 minutes before lunch time. They make you come back for the prescription.Incredible!!!!

I typically don’t write reviews but I need to for this pharmacy. I was in a motor vehicle accident last night (November 3) because someone hit my car and totaled it. I recently moved to the city and my family had to come pick me up from the DFW area. I was unable to pick up the prescription written for me on November 3 due to losing my vehicle. I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:15p on November 4 after my family came to pick me up, unaware that their pharmacy closed at 7p (which in my opinion is too early for a pharmacy to close on a Saturday). I attempted to explain the situation to the techs and they refused to service me and honestly, I felt they didn’t care because one of the techs seemed annoyed and said come back tomorrow (which I explained I couldn’t do due to having to go back to Dallas since I have no vehicle). If you want someone who is going to be genuine and treat you like a human being, DON’T have a prescription written at this pharmacy.

Very very slow service .. NEVER go to the drive thru to pick up your medicine!!! Super SLOW service. There was no one infront of me, but they still took 20+ minutes to give me my prescription that was already available.

When the prescriptions are available - best experience! However, when the online system shows on processing for days with no callback or clarification what a poor customer experience. You call the number and it takes over 3 minutes to get through the phone responses to get put on hold to speak to someone. Unfortunately they can never explain the situation with the online status and have to call the doctors office. Of course I already did that but that is a wasted effort as no action can be taken on the patients say in this situation. This is the second time for two different drugs. I didn't have this problem at the recently closed franchise.

Looking for some medication and couldn’t find it at the isle. Went to the pharmacy section, a young girl from the pharmacy try to help but she does not know where it is located. She asked the pharmacist and the pharmacist took no pride of his work. Chatting away with others, didn’t care about the inquiry and answered the girl how would he know where the store placed them. Asked us to go to front counter. Front counter lady said she is coming but waited for minutes did not see her.Bad service. I will go back to my regular HEB pharmacy.

Terrible place, they made me wait 30 minutes and after 30 minutes they told me that my medication will be ready 2 hours later. I asked them why you did not let me know it earlier. I was sick and waited there for 30 minutes, then I need to go home without any medication. I hope someone does the same thing to those people there one day

Never have i been charged for my daughter's medicine. They didn't even offer flavoring had to come back and pay an additional 2.99 for something that is typically free. Do not use if you can help it

They asked for a prescription card to get my medicine and I pulled out the 2 cards I had and said they wouldn’t work. And refused to talk to my insurance company that said one of my cards was it. Went 3 minutes down the round and the Walgreens accepted it right off the bad. Dont waste your time at CVS
