Absolutely REFUSES to fill my prescription. My doctor wrote the script to be filled on july 23rd. I called cvs on July 28 to ask if it was ready yet. They said yes so I went the next day to pick it up. Then they told me that I didn't pick it up in time so they returned it to the shelf. So then I call again on July 31st to see if it's ready. It's not. So then I go to their location again on August 3rd. They tell me they are back ordered and I need to come back the next day. I came back the next day and they told me that they don't k ow why I was told that because it would be 4-5 days. I called back again on August 8th and 10th. Both times I'm told the medication is back ordered. Then I call again on the 13th. This time they tell me my script is being processed and would be ready for pickup at 11 the next day. I came back today, the 13th to pickup the script, and now I'm told that the prescription is expired and they have to reach out to my provider for a new one! Are you kidding me? I've been trying to get this for over 3 weeks and they took so long that the script is now expired? That's such BS.

The pharmacist was condescending after I was incredibly kind to her. I continued to be polite, and she challenged if I could afford a fifty dollar prescription. I politely said, no problem and continued to smile and be polite. She then handed me my prescription (or so I thought) then closed her blind.I felt uncomfortable so I checked the bag before I left, she gave me a bag of needles and my medicine was nowhere to be found.I quickly circled around and gently tapped on the drive through. The lights turned off and I could see her quickly exiting. I went inside and they refused to give me my medicine.Won't be back.I get that the angry lady to-which I was very kind spent three years in college to transfer medicine from a big bottle to a small bottle.. But first rule of any customer-facing job, give great customer service. Not asking for a lot, just don't want to be sick tonight.Bad service! Y'all lost a loyal customer for life. Shameon you.

Never enough staff at this location. Every time i've visited the pharmacy to pick up medications, whether this is 1 customer in line or 20 - you're going to have to wait at least 15 minutes.

Order was sent in by 15:00, as of 17:49 still not filled. While waiting 9 of 10 orders were not filled, pills coming soon, yada yada. Strongly suggest looking for other pharmacy.

Horrible customer service! They denied service to me two days in a row during regular business hours. Pharmacy employees are so rude especially this lady named Claudia. Both days I went I tried to use my RX discount code and they wouldn't apply the code to my prescriptions. They kept saying to come back later and were extremely rude with an attitude. I will never come back here! Every single employee in the pharmacy area are so disrespectful and careless including the pharmacist Amita.

If you want to read a few chapters of your favorite book, then this is the drive through lane for you! This location consistently has the slowest service at the pharmacy drive through, and the pharmacy staff is not friendly. I witness cars in line driving off because they get tired of the long wait. However the staff working inside the store are always welcoming and helpful.

I have used this pharmacy since it opened. The first 6 months they were excellent. Now, the employees are rude, don’t listen to understand questions and talk over you. They struggle using coupons to the point that you have to call the manufacturer to help them. I have also been given the wrong medication at least twice. One of those times the medication wasn’t something I have ever taken.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst, I came in to drop off the prescription, the dude asked me what type of medicine was on the prescription, like he couldn't read with his pharmacist degree.

Their pharmacy is so slow, It’s absolutely ridiculous. I literally just sat 30 minutes just to pick up medications. They need to hire more staff, or something, because it has gone downhill since they monopolized the prescription insurance. A lot of times They never have medications in stock. I feel Horrible for your staff.

This CVS pharmacy has to be the slowest pharmacy. If you even attempt to go through the drive through, be prepared to wait about an hour at least. If you do wait, once you get to the window, you'll have to wait another 5 minutes just to get acknowledged. It's terrible. If you go into the store, there is about 5 workers, but only one is helping the customers. You don't get acknowledged by people in the back until they see you waiting for a long period of time, and star pacing or putting your keys on the counter to make noise. It's disappointing since it's the closest CVS. There is a guy in the pharmacy that is very nice and helpful that I've dealt with. So there are nice workers, just a shame the pharmacy is so slow abs the drive through is useless.

I give this a 3star rating only because the CVS staff and store are awesome. I'd give the pharmacy at this location a 1star. My only complaint started off being that my medication is never ready in time. I have been at this location for 8 months, and I have had a problem approximately 5-6 times with getting my medication timely. Each month I speak to my dr's office as well as this CVS location, and the the same message is that the other didn't do their part. I call well in advance to my dr and they have provided proof they have sent my requests. Even so, I'm left empty handed trying to juggle the two facilities getting my refill filled, even going a few days without medication sometimes. I considered leaving my dr believing it was them, until today. I will not be returning to any CVS pharmacy within my means. The Pharmacy manager I spoke to about this concern was a fill-in, Ivon. She greeted me and appeared professional, at the start. I am a social worker and understand the basic purpose for managing such types of medications. However, the managed medication is perhaps taken by the patient in the morning, and being able to purchase the next filled prescription the night before would be much easier to accommodate rather than having to wait day(s) before getting the next prescription. Plus, it reflects incompetency for customers to believe other time-restricted medications would be provided timely as well. Something to consider, folks! I wanted to give this location the betterment of the doubt after noticing the consistent 1star rating, but I just can't. I won't feel not important as a loyal customer, nor will I accept the disrespect of a management staff employee waving her hand at me twice as she walked off out of frustration. I get it, I'm frustrated too! All I wanted to understand was why I couldn't receive my medication the night (8:50pm to be exact, since they close at 9pm) that I take my last pill from the prescription prior? Even as a controlled substance, the day I need it is at least the day of the last pill. Not the day(s) following.

WORST.pharmacy.ever. I keep trying to give them chances but I'm done getting my prescriptions filled here. Only reason is because it's closest to my house but I will take an extra drive just not to deal with their bs. My prescription got called in since Monday by my physician it is now Thursday and we've gone for the third time to pick it up and still not ready!!! Not because it's out of stock but because "they've been busy." I worked for a pharmacy for 7yrs, this is inexcusable.
