I had come here to get some allergy o er the counter medicine and I had a very pleasant experience while here, I was able to find everything that I needed. The store as a whole was pretty neat and clean too.

Employees here are mechanical, and cannot handle any level of complexity in prescriptions / dosage. Common sense is not common after all. They don’t know how to handle change in prescription dosage and will ill advise you and either blame it on your insurance or your doctor’s office until you call Caremark. As for dispensing the prescriptions, they take their jolly good time to fill with no sense of urgency at all unless you follow up. Occasionally they give you a nice smile and make you feel welcome at the pharmacy but what is a warm smile supposed to do when you have all these challenges. For simple straightforward prescriptions that are not urgent, maybe I’ll recommend them, otherwise I’ll advise you look somewhere else for your pharmacy needs.
Oh, and they don’t answer the phone, always goes to voicemail so you might as well go there in person if you want to talk to someone 🥴

It was my first time using this pharmacy and I had a great experience. I'm surprised to see such negative reviews and especially about customer service. My prescription was originally sent to another pharmacy. I went to this CVS and they were able to have my prescription transferred here and filled within an hour. Everyone I talked with was kind, helpful, and punctual. I have actually decided to make this my preferred pharmacy

This pharmacy is horrible! If I could give it a zero I would. I have been having issues with my son‘s ADHD medicine and every time I call and I speak to somebody they are extremely rude, do not let me talk, talk over me, and they are very disrespectful. I have had to hang up and then call back to speak to someone else. Everyone there is rude!! They talk down to me like I’m stupid and I work in a hospital and have medical background. I only switched from my regular CVS because they did not have the meds in stock. I am now going back to my regular CVS pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

So I can’t talk to anyone in pharmacy. Only way is to leave a voicemail and get a call back. Even to get vm request - I had to wait 3-4 mins. This is just horrible. Now lets see how how I have to wait for the call back.

Do yourself a favor and find another CVS location to spare you from their incompetence! You will just end up frustrated, infuriated, and sick, literally and figuratively.. sick of waiting for your prescriptions to get through!!!

It's been two days since my doctor sent the prescription, and the pharmacy says they didn't receive it. My doctor resent it, but out of the three medications, they received only one, and it's out of stock. I'm tired of calling them over and over again. I feel like a tennis ball being bounced between the pharmacy and the doctor's office.

This is the worst and when I say worse I mean exactly that I came here to drop off my daughters prescription on Friday April 5th when asked for her insurance card it was given so boom they couldn’t find it wow just freaking wow so I gave them a paper I received from the doctor ok he said he found it. Ok so today which is April 7th I go to pick up the prescription and what do you know no prescription lol like wow then they tell me they can’t find her insurance number information etc. so I asked to speak to the manager here she comes telling me I’m upset about something that’s normal and can happen any time. Well let me tell you something I don’t want to go to a business that’s unorganized etc this is by far the worse experience I had don’t go there to no cvs at all save your time go to Walgreens
Update 04/08/2024 soooo I go to drop my prescription off at Walgreens easy peasy no problem but when I go to pick up the medication they tell me cvs billed the insurance already but they couldn’t give me the medication this is horrible this is definitely a mess and something needs to be done about all the cvs locations because they all are horrible and unprofessional

Pharmacy manager was rude and uncooperative. She refused to refill my prescription because she didn't understand why the other pharmacy didn't have my prescription filled.. Go to Walgreens down the road for better service.
