CVS PHARMACY at Wertheimer are friendly and pleasant, helpful and most of all hard working employees that are severely understaff with all the customers they have to attend to. Please CVS get them more help. If you don’t you will potentially lose good hard working employees and pharmacist for the lack of your judgement in under staffing the CVS Pharmacy Dept.

Would not recommend.Waited in line to be told they were closed when we got up to the counter.Brought my 2yo to get antibiotics for an ear infection and the 2 boys at the counter simply said “we are closed”.Proceeded to tell me there were 2 other locations open but wouldn’t tell me which or where when I asked.Poor customer service and we will not return to CVS.

There are multiple CVS pharmacies closer to my home but we choose to fill our prescriptions here due to employees being very personable. Tina is soo kind!

One star only because of counter girl trying to help. I had to transfer my prescriptions from the stand-alone CVS location because they closed & this CVS inside Target is close to me. But, I will never go back. Two weeks after my doctor sent a 3-month prescription they still did not have it. They didn't even order it until I called asking about it and even after calling 3 times they only had 1 month supply. They then suggested I call yet again when I need more & they'll try to order it. WHAT??? Also I heard them tell a man waiting that the pharmacist was still to busy to speak to him & he should try coming back in 2-3 hours!

I usually only try and post good reviews, but THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST! I understand they are very busy, but that does not mean you cannot listen to your customers. Every time I go there is an issue and I am a believer in giving people benefit of the doubt. Not here! Not anymore!

What qualifications does this pharmacy's corporate office have to decide if a doctor prescribed prescription is allowed or not? Who are you to decide if a patient that YOU DON'T KNOW take a prescription or not? -5 stars for interfering in a DOCTOR/PATIENT relationship. I hope people start boycotting your overpriced pharmacy. BYEEEEE
