I actually had a really great experience at CVS this time. I stopped in to grab a few things, and everything was easy to find and surprisingly well stocked. One of the employees noticed I was comparing two products and came over to help without me even asking, which I appreciated because I was definitely overthinking it. Checkout was quick, and the cashier was friendly and even pointed out a coupon I didn’t know I had. It ended up being one of those smooth, simple trips that just makes your day a little easier!

Hands down the BEST pharmacy I have ever used in 53 years. Every employee is professional, courteous and goes above and beyond to be helpful. After leaving a voice mail with the pharmacy for creative solutions during this latest medication shortage, the main pharmacist Katherine Ley called me back within 10 minutes. She and my doctor thereafter communicated to help me get the equivalent dosage as soon as possible. I drive almost 10 minutes out of my way each way from anywhere I regularly go, just because of the incredible service from the excellent pharmacist Ley, and her staff. Fantastic and dedicated service, every single time. Thank you all!

Terrible pharmacy with completely unprofessional and incompetent staff.
They clearly do not care about patients or their prescriptions. Everyone there seems lost and unable to get their stories straight, constantly giving false or conflicting information—first saying they do not have the prescription, then that they do, but insurance does not cover it, and later that insurance actually covers it but the medication is out of stock.
What a total waste of time. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I am switching to another one immediately.

As always, cvs is overpriced, when compared to target or Walmart. However, when they have sales on certain items, the prices cannot be beat.

I had such a great experience at this CVS! The atmosphere was calm and easy-going, and the employees made everything feel smooth and stress-free. A special shout-out to the store manager, CJ! He was an absolute ray of sunshine! So kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He helped me set up my rewards program card, and the whole process was quick and effortless. You can really tell he cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This location’s pharmacy is a joke! I’m not sure how they remain in business.
They half fill prescriptions: Rx is for 90 day supply but only fill for 50 days knowing they don’t have adequate supplies.
Lie about receiving prescriptions because they don’t have the supply to fill them: 3 prescriptions were e-scribed and they lied and said they only received 2 of the prescriptions. When the provider canceled it cvs could magically see the Rx.
This place really has integrity issues and the pharmacist should be fired!

I had a terrible experience at this CVS location (322 Cane Island Pkwy) on March 29. I received a text at 10:32 AM stating my medication was ready for pickup. I arrived at 5 PM and waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. When I finally got to the window, I was told my prescription wasn’t ready, despite the text, and that they just needed to print and scan it—then it would be another 15–20 minutes. They told me to go back to the end of the drive-thru line, which was completely unreasonable given their mistake.
I pointed out that if they just needed to print the prescription, it should take no more than 5 minutes. Then, Maria, an older Hispanic woman, came to the window and changed the story, claiming the text was for the wrong location. However, after actually reading the text, she then said, “Oh, well, you weren’t here at 10:30, so that’s why it’s not ready.” That made absolutely no sense—once a prescription is marked “ready,” it should be filed for pickup, not retracted because of when someone arrives.
I refused to wait again after already waiting my turn. At that point, Maria snapped, saying “Shame on you” before slamming the window in my face. 30 seconds later, she opened it back up aggressively, demanding, “What’d you say? What’d you say?” Confused, I asked what she was talking about, reminding her that she was the one who just said “shame on me” for no reason. Instead of apologizing, she flipped me off—completely unacceptable behavior for a professional handling medications and narcotics.
Another pharmacist eventually brought my prescription in just 2 minutes, proving it never needed the extra 15–20 minutes they initially claimed. There was no apology—just a dismissive “I’ll speak with her.” This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional; it’s alarming. If Maria reacts like this over a minor issue, it raises serious concerns about how she handles medications. If she’s willing to flip off a customer, what else is she capable of?
The irony is in the drive through window having a sign claiming to provide a “safe and respectful environment,” yet allows disrespectful, unstable employees to mishandle prescriptions. I strongly advise others to double-check their medications and be wary of unprofessional conduct at this location.
