I have been getting my nails done for a while. I am constantly changing nail salons and nail techs. I often find myself unsatisfied with the results or the actual service until I came and got my nails done at Monarch Nails and Spa. Never in my life had I have gotten nails as good as these!!! I can’t fathom how beautiful they are. Honestly still speechless looking at them right now. Just perfect. The level of precision and detail that went into these nails I have never seen from anyone or any place I have been to. I will be definitely going back here again and making this my official nail spot! Definitely worth the money. I recommend everyone to come here!! You will not be disappointed.

I switched over to this nail salon a couple months ago, and even though it’s half an hour away from me, it’s been completely worth it. Chloe is absolutely amazing, she’s fast while still ensuring clean and detailed work every time. I never have to over explain anything and she always matches the photo perfectly, with quality nails that last over 3 weeks with no issues. I highly recommend this place!

Went today to get a pedicure - I was impressed by the pricing and value of service given. The atmosphere was nice and calm - piano music - quiet. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and was gentle. For someone who gets pedicures as a treat - my experience was certainly that. I will absolutely be coming back here.

I had patronized Monarch since moving to Katy a yr ago. Today was my last time giving them my money.
1. Unlike all other customers, I was never offered beverages during 90% of my visits. Everyone around me would have beverages, whether water, soda or wine, but I was never offered anything. I’d have to ask if I wanted something.
2. I felt shade coming from some of the techs if I declined shellac. Some of them behave like they get commission from these shellac companies. It’s my right to decline shellac.
3. At today’s appt, one of the nail techs, told me she liked my new hairdo “i didn’t recognize you because that hairstyle makes you look young.” She said this loudly in front of the entire salon. So any other time I guess I look old to her. Her attempt at a compliment was actually tactless and rude.
I was a faithful customer for over a year. I will now spend my money where I’m respected.

Services used to be good but went downhill once I became a regular. I would get gel and dip nails every 3 weeks. At first, everything was amazing. Then the work wasn’t as good and I always felt rushed in and out. They don’t care about your nail health. They will use drills on your bare nails even after you ask for a total soak off. They also dip clients directly in the dip containers instead of doing a pour out. Wouldn’t recommend pedicures here because I always got cuts during my services. Prices are reasonable though.

I’ve been working with the nail tech Rose for two years I love her and everyone that I recommend her to them they love her too. We work together on making the design together, let me tell I am very picky and I give her hard time but she never makes me feel like she’s mad or frustrated. I mean just look at these summery nails😍🍓🍓.
The whole place overall is very nice and respectful I have many places next to my house but I drive evey time 20 to 40 minutes there because I feel so comfortable with everyone. Thank you Monarch and specially Rose💜

Very Respectful. It was Very relaxing I fallen a sleep. Feet were aching sooo badly . My tech did Justice literally feels like I’m floating on clouds . MUCH NEEDED AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK !

Every time I’ve gone here it’s always clean, it’s relaxing in there, they offer you a beverage and you’re seated fast. They take time to make sure your nails are up to your standards. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone

Great service, talented technicians, clean, and priced competitively. Been going here for 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I live in Richmond-Rosenberg and it’s worth the drive for quality service. Highly recommend.
