The product on the shelves does not have prices listed. Customers have to ask for price checks at registers.
Limited selection of woman's running shoes. Staff in shoe department is not engaging. Need more products for cleaning tennis shoes.
Struggled to find protein bars and energy gels.
Store did not meet my expectations on many fronts.

The shoe assistants are not helpful at all (especially the curly hair lady). While we were waiting for the right shoes size, they were laughing and talking to each other. There are a wide of selection for shoes though. I’m definitely be back but not this location.

Pros: generally accommodating with returns relatively well staffed especially considering I visited on a Monday evening at roughly 5:30.
EDIT: just realized that the second pro might sound sarcastic given the cons, but it's not. It is good when a store is well staff, people having work is good
Cons: service desk unprepared to field questions about bicycle repairs (would rate lower but am not familiar enough with the industry to know if that's a reasonable standard.), while not actively hostile the staff was inattentive enough to misgender me multiple times despite me wearing a nametag written in trans Pride colors (again, would rate lower but when I asked one Sean, one of the staff members in question if he'd ever met a man named Eliza he implied that the answer was "maybe" )

Got some great help from Rick in the fishing department. Helped me pick the right equipment and even set the reel with the fishing wire.

Edited to add…. I have changed my review to 5 stars! Diana assisted me today with looking for my lost keys. She went above and beyond to assist me and to make sure that she did all that she could. I’ll be a forever customer now!
If you are shopping here check the tag on the item you are purchasing... not what is stated on a hanger. You'll end up with several returns. Very frustrating. The staff is always super friendly. The manager was very kind and apologetic. I typically wouldn't post anything negative but this has happened several times and to several people I know as well.

Went to go buy some new shoes for my birthday and the entire she department was chaos. Waited patiently were told to wait for help. 25 min later when I came back to the same person I was told “ oh your still waiting” many people I wanted just skip line and get help. The lack of organization or concern for customer care caused us to leave. Won’t be coming back for shoes ever. Shared the experience with a manger and he just said ok, ignored the challenge and went back to the opposite side of the store. Didn’t get help for his team lot radio for help.

Very dissatisfied Sneaker service. For our son, requested a pair to try on, attendant scanned shoe, said please wait it’ll be right out. Waited, 5-10 min. no shoes. Asked another attendant, waited 5 more minutes, again no shoes. Left the store for Target - self serve much faster.

Went in for the Jordan 4 Military/Industrial Blue sign up sheets. Very helpful from walking in the door and at footwear department. In and out in 5 minutes!

With as many staff members they have working in there, every customer should be getting excellent customer service.
Sadly, the workers there seem to be preoccupied or hate their job enough to not help the customers . Heading to Academy to buy our sporting goods.
