Great service! We were traveling out of Austin area headed to Galveston for a few days and had a tire bubble up on the road... 4:30pm we pulled in and before 6pm they had us on the road! Quick service and had tires for a Ford f350 in stock. Extra points for our info and current type tires in their linked computer system! Highly recommended ? Thank you Discount Tires!
Well have to knock them back a notch - one of the wipers they upsold us fell off driving down the road... now no wiper on the driver's side - driving in the rain. He installed them last minute as we were leaving and must have rushed and not secured them... boo!

Unfortunately the service is very slow, I only came for a flat tire and it takes hours to be attended to, being a customer, with new tires, etc., so for an emergency do you have to make an appointment??? It's stupid.

We reviewed the back tires and after looking at the wear mark, it was recommended to replace the back two tires …. Put new ones on and fixed it

Oh my gosh... We were stranded out of town. A young man by the name of Magnum was AWESOME. He went way over and above to help us out.
First a flat was plugged at no cost. Then when the car wouldn't start they pushed us out of the way and Magnum used his personal vehicle to give us a boost. What a guy! God bless this young man!!!

Was honest about wait time and let me know what my budget would allow.
Still great service. Love that I can work at the table/bar top area close to a plug while I wait. Being close to Starbucks is a big plus!!!

Courteous customer service. Well-trained tire mechanics, you can see the work performed through the window while in the seating area. It is a well-run location.
