Amazing service from Ross and the guys at this Discount Tire (Katy Mill Mall). Our school bus tire got a bad valve stem and a flat this morning, took it in, and Ross took care of it before noon. The bus is now ready for bus run this afternoon. Much thanks.Children's Lighthouse at WoodCreek.

I own a Tesla model Y 2023. Today visited Discount tire near Katy mills mall wanted to share my experience.Starting from the person who had given me warm welcome when entered into service center with a BIG smile ?. Immediately walked out along with me to inspect the tire health and see that there is a puncture, assigned a technician. Since it’s a new car I wanted to make sure they take care on handling, by using jack bush as Tesla recommend when lifting. He is very professional and since I’m waiting every 5-10 min he used to update me what’s happening like my close friend. Discount tire got great people. Happy to see you all today. Strongly recommend the car care. ?

Recently the tire light came on with the weather change and I returned to discount tire where I purchased for a courtesy tire air check. I pulled out not the tire air check lane where the air check employee and an a customer was discussing a tire inside of the bed of the customer’s truck. The process seemed minor so I waited, and waited, and waited. At no time did any of the employees even acknowledge me even though the front of my vehicle was within reach. I eventually phoned the front for additional assistance but no one ever showed up. I left after 15 and went to a different location.

Waited 2 hours to change 1 tire. Go somewhere else if you need simple work done. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Took my Tahoe in as there was a concern over steering wheel vibration after tire rotation .. counter staff grabbed the vehicle.. Tony the technician explained what was happening and added additional weights as needed. Polite and thorough!!

This place needs better management.You have people that have scheduled appointments waiting in line with people that haven't.I waited in line for 30 min to just check in for a simple tire rotation.They only took my car to get serviced a full hour when their estimated total time was an hour. (Sarcasm: good thing I had an appointment)It would be nice if they had a kiosk to get people checked-in instead of having people waiting in line instead of having them trying to upsell you stuff that you don't need.Better yet, it would be better if instead of the mechanics fooling around and giving each other a hard time they actually focused on not driving their customers cars like crazy in the parking lot. You had one guy revving his engine in front of the bays and began doing a burn out.I'm all for the car sceen but there is definitely a time and place for it.

Great experience here! I went first thing in the morning and there was a line already. Everyone was prepared to help and super friendly, got through the line in less than 20 minutes. I was assisted by Clinton who was great! Super friendly and patient. They didn’t have my tires in stock and had to place an order and they came in later that day. The wait was longer than predicted- but that’s common everywhere that works in cars if we’re being honest. Also not their fault at all it was just the delivery that took a little longer. They let me know about the tire rotation and warranty before leaving. Great service especially for such a busy location.Also there is parking in the back too!!! You do not need to take the handicap spots if you shouldn’t be parking there.

It was extremely busy when I walked in, so I had to wait in line for a few minutes. When I was called to the next register, Jerry welcomed me with a smile. He helped me select just the right tires for my vehicle. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better person to assist me. Kudos to Jerry! I'll definitely be back if I run into any other tire issues in the future.

Review is 2 fold. Got new tires for my truck with the help from Joe at Discount Tire Customer service. Unknowingly was directed to this location even though there were multiple DT closer to me. Had to wait a bit to get seen but all good as they were busy. Store did work quickly and had the tires on in a mater or an hour or two. The bad part is that Sam whom I am assuming is the manager would not offer price match against Mopar tire offer I had received even though I was advised they would. Tried talking to him about it and he would not even hear of it and just rambled on and on about certificates, etc which were not part of the discussion. So don't trust them to honor any price matching even if you are told they will and don't think speaking to the manager about it is going to do you any good. Work was great, management poor. Hard to say if I could recommend this store just because of management running it. But they are crazy busy so doubt they could care less. Always been pro DT but this one put a big dent in this consumers trust.

I purchased by tires online and made an appointment for the same day to get them replaced. Upon arrival I checked in inside for my appointment. Questions I had were answered , they checked my other tires to see the quality and took my car back to start replacing the two I needed done. It was a quick and efficient process. I would use this location again for my car needs.

They did a quick job and I expected to be there for over an hour. My tip is to buy your tires online and set an appointment. Once you go there you will be in and out in 30 minutes. I didn't even have time to get breakfast at Dennys but I was good with that so I could get on with the rest of my day.

I pulled in to have a couple tires checked for low pressure. There were at least ten employees on duty, two vehicles being serviced, about four bays open and only about three of those employees actually doing anything. The remaining associates were standing around, boosheetin'. I was told it would be a twenty minute wait. Does that make ANY sense to anyone? I left with a heavy foot on the gas, no service done. If Yelp allowed, they'd receive no stars whatsoever.

Where to start. DO NOT GO THERE. I don't write reviews but I feel compelled from what happened. I have been a long time customer of Discount Tire and have purchased several sets of new tires from different store locations. On a recent trip to have the tires rotated, I left my car as it would be a few hours before completed. I have done this many times and not an issue for me. When I returned and walked out to the car with the technician, we found significant damage to the driver's side car door. It appeared they began to back the car out of the bay with the floor jack still under the car and the handle dented the door. There was red paint on the door and the floor jacks are red. Half of Discount Tire is red. When I went to speak with the store manager about the issue, he immediately denied any accident on their side and did not want to assist with investigating. I could not believe how unprofessional the manager handled the situation. Once he realized I was not going to leave without resolving the issue, he filed a claim with their insurance company. What a joke. The insurance company reached out about a month later. After describing the accident, I was asked to get estimates for the repairs. The insurance company reached back out and said they could give me a $500 check for being a loyal customer. Talk about a punch in the gut. I will NEVER buy tires from this company again and after speaking with neighbors, family and friends, they will no longer being doing business with them because of the way I was treated and how the situation was handled. I am not unreasonable and understand accidents happen but never would have thought such a large reputable company would handle things this way.
