I had the most awesome experience at this location. My partner and I were our way to the hospital when I saw that the tire light came on. I stop and it’s a nail. Ricardo was our service guy. Super great. I’m trying to tell him I have a medical emergency. Feeling like I’m sounding crazy, but I need to get my partner to the hospital and I needed to make the 911 call if they were gonna take forever.
He was on it like wildfire. The team in the back was great as well.
Thanks Ricardo. You were so professional and fyi, my partner is ok. Not a stroke, it was confirmed. Thank God.

Went thru their free tire pressure check station. Front two tires were bad enough that they needed replacing. So I bought 2 new tires. I was worried I'd be stuck there for hours. But to my surprise there is a new system in place since the last time I was there. Very organized. Very professional. Even tho there were many people there. They said 45 min. I'm thinking, "yea, right". To my amazement they finished in less than 30 min. Got a text telling me my car was ready and out front. I am very pleased with the entire experience!

I was just there. Let me tell you, I've NEVER seen a friendlier or more professional staff. These guys seemed like they love what they do for a living & that made my experience there worth writing about.

I always make appointments after COVID, but did not feel the need at this location. (I did schedule one, though ?) That said, It started with a wholesome greeting from Sebastian and immediate attention to my needs. He brought along Jacob for some opportunity to teach during our interaction. His expertise shined through when his electronic tire device was out of service. This didn't slow him down, he only took it as lesson for Jacob to really know his tires, so reliance on tech wasn't a must. He quoted me a quick turnaround for my requests, and they met it even a few minutes early. The coolest part was, I never felt like I was being sold on something I didn't need, but was asked questions to ensure quality control and service. I was able to track the progress through an automated text, for extra measure. Jacob brought vehicle right up front, and explained today's finds. Even showed me my suspicions were accurate, regarding a huge nail, but an additional object was found to my amazement. Jacob were a gentleman and really rounded out the experience. Thanks guys. I just found my permanent location as it is truly difficult to find quality work with kindness. All my vehicles have their tires through Discount, so we look forward to having them serviced here and all future purchases.

The team is very informative and helps me get the best fit for my budget. Those guys have always been real nice and friendly, no matter how much that damn phone keeps writing, ha. The app works great and they always review my order and even help me look for overall cost savings on my order.
