I recently went here and purchased glue sticks and a glue gun. The glue gun was not left on overnight but melted. This is a fire hazard!! They basically told me to go away and that they sell a bunch of these. They didn’t believe me.
This is incredibly unprofessional and dangerous. The glue gun melted after only a few hours of use.
I know it was between 6 to 10 hours. I no longer had the receipt because I started using it three weeks after purchasing for a project.
The man smiled and told me that this wasn’t possible without a receipt, which is understandable, but some type of store credit would be nice or something should be done to prevent selling these . This is dangerous in a fire hazard. In fact I’d be inclined to report it somewhere, especially after he said
“ I’m not doing that. I sell a bunch of these and you’re the only one that came to talk to me.”
Which was kind of disrespectful and also not addressing the problem. This is dangerous and ignorant and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend you purchase anything here and support this inhumane business.
Not to mention that at the desk at the front, he didn’t even notice. I was there for a solid minute. I said hello multiple times and tried to get his attention. Only when I raise my voice was I able to. This is not that big of a deal but it also she was just shows it’s not the most respectful place.
In response to the owner, who messaged me below (not directed towards the owner, however directed to anyone who would read this): they are offering an exchange they might be doing this publicly however in private, they denied me that either they changed their mind or they’re lying. Either way it’s still bad that I had to leave this reply for them to do so when I came in store in good faith.

This is a great place to shop, with amazing discounts sales. The staff are amazing especially Aliya and John, they are great.

Place is always clean and organized. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. Great prices, especially with things getting harder. I buy lots of basic supplies here, like trash bags and cleaning supplies. Great value!

The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would in no way recommend going to the store. He made extremely childish, immature comments after I left everything at the register I walked out. He was aggressive and not helpful at all. Instead of problem solving, working with a customer, he lost business and money.
