I had the pleasure of meeting with Mark Parker today, he was the best hands down! I didn't think I was going to leave in a car today but he was so patient and attentive to what I was looking for and worked with me and did not quit till he could deliver. He treated us like we were his family! I would definitely recommend him to any one of my family and friends, thank you Mr Mark Parker!

Talk to Eddy Parra he was great, helped us get the car we wanted. Did not feel any pressure in buying and kept us updated throughout the entire time we waited for our car to arrive.

Customer checkout or Cashier was very unprofessional about questions about cost, not even attempting to help. Just quick to collect payment and move along. Car repairs are expensive and with other options out there all I ask is to help explain or help apply discounts if any apply.

Best to make an appointment. This seems to help expedite service. Based on my experience this dealer has the best organized service work flow and gets me out the door in a reasonable time limit for the work done. I will continue to choose this location over others for my future service.

We were helping our daughter choose a car and we ended up buying a RAV4 Hybrid at Don McGill, Katy. The salesman Mark Parker was very helpful, pleasant, good humored, and most of all came across as honest and not at all pushy. He was also highly knowledgeable about the car and very patient in both providing explanation on the specifications as well as going through different options. I would definitely recommend approaching Mark if you are interested in a Toyota.

Neglectful salespeople. It was a constant struggle working with both Phil and Rubel throughout my whole purchase of my '23 Tundra. Even after agreeing on the negotiated price, they seemed bitter till the point of me driving the truck off the lot. Even afterward, it was a communication wall for things like license plates or key FOB.
