To try and save the climate, the owner of this establishment doesn’t offer bags to bag up your shoes when you purchase, so you either walk out stacking your boxes or you have to purchase an “eco-friendly” bag from them. Meanwhile, every single item in the store is made with petroleum based polymers (plastics.) Ignorance is bliss I guess.

Horrible customer service. DSW is not what it used to be. Better buy from Dillars, Amazon or somewhere else where they care about their customers!

I have a love-hate relationship with DSW. I love shopping here, but hate spending money. I went in looking for one pair of red pumps. Found a great pair by Jessica Simpson. Then purchased 2 pairs of black pumps and a pair of Infant Converse. Returned the next day and bought a pair of Timberlands on clearance. A pair of toddler Converse and a pair of Timberlands for an Infant. I must have looked at almost every womens shoe for a few hours. Signed up as a DSW VIP member for a discount. Great selections of Mauve and Toupe colors too. Store opens at 10 am.

I like shoe shopping here. I always walk out with something, even when not shopping for myself. Today I came with my wife so she could get some casual shoes. Some how, again, I'm walking out with two pares of shoes for myself! Whether you're looking for dressy (we got our shoes for my daughter's wedding here), casual, outdoor fitness or whatever they have something. AND if not in your size DSW will ship no charge to your home. Prices are also reasonable here. Almost everything is on sale always, lol Finally, the people here are all fantastic. How they are able to hire so many nice people says something for the company management

A great place. One problem is that if your size is not on the floor, then either forget it. The employees will automatically tell you to check the website. Makes me wonder if it could be in the back....

Ordered shoes 12/22. Received last status email 12/26. Still no order by 1/7/24. I called customer service and was told to call the store to cancel. 1/14/24 STILL no order. Called the Park Shoppes location and they were RUDE. Waited 15 minutes on hold the first time. Called back and the “manager” immediately put me on hold again for another 15 minutes saying they had a line. I told her I am a customer too. That clearly doesn’t matter to this “manager”. This is the last I will spend with them because it is their gift card and I can’t use it anywhere else.
