They called at 3:47and left a message on Father’s Day then they called back at 4:06 didn’t leave a message. Tried to return the call at 406 and407 And 420 their message said they would not deliver it if nobody was home so I left a message because they did not answer their phone. I kept looking and looking every 15 minutes and then never delivered the product. My daughter called them Monday they were very rude to her and said they delivered the product however they said they were going to deliver at 4 o’clock Monday thank God I got home about 2 o’clock because they delivered it and never called and delivered at 2:30. These people were very rude to my daughter, I would not recommend using this place even though the product was satisfactory

Came here today with my son and was extremely disappointed. The girl couldn't figure out the system at first and then refused to provide service. When I asked to call the manager, she said that she is a manager (Matilda) (Mason Rd.)And told me to go different store. I have never met such rudeness. I will never go back there again and I advise everyone to run away from there. Poor management, poor service….

Earlier this week, placed online order for home delivery for today, 2/9. Firstly, I requested delivery between 10:30 & noon. When I contacted this Katy location this am to check the status, a young lady answered the phone with the worst attitude and stated she's the only one working & the driver wouldn't been in until 2:30. Wow, couldn't they have said this online. Secondly, the order was delivered to the wrong address!!! This in unacceptable! Fortunately, the young lady of which it was delivered to contacted me & physically drove over to the correct address to deliver the order! Thirdly, the wine that I paid for was left out of the delivery. This service is lame & will never use this location again!

Arrangement and personalized card came out great. Although was disappointed when I delivered to the intended recipient and discovered the sparkling non alcoholic wine was not included. Even though I paid for it and it was stated on the order….

This location is quick to deny responsibility for the online ordering and discount application. I order an arrangement to be delivered and gave my email address for a discount. The invoice showed discount equals $0.00, but the store employees claim I was trying to use two discounts. I am unaware of any discounts offered, other than the company required email address in exchange for a discount I never received.
Then the store employees say they cannot be responsible for how the online ordering applies discounts.
HOW CONVENIENT to have an excuse.
No repeat business from me. That will be my future discounted savings from Edible Arrangements.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Matilde who answered my call. I wanted a specific type of arrangement and she said that she thinks she can do exactly what I’m looking for. I arrived and then I met Velarisa Delarosa who was funny and so nice to work with. Velarisa proceeded to the back to get Matilda and when she did they both came out with the perfect arrangement for my Godbrother who was fresh out of the hospital. The experience was beyond Amazing! They both get two thumbs 👍🏾 👍🏾 way up!!

Be warned!!!! Pick another location.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Edible Arrangements. I paid $90 for an arrangement to be delivered on May 28th, but it didn’t arrive until the 29th. What’s worse, the app falsely claimed it was delivered on the 28th, and I received no notification about the delay.
When the arrangement finally arrived, it was missing several pieces of fruit that were shown on the website. The fruit that was included looked awful – not fresh at all. I also paid extra for additional items that were considered add-ons, but those were not included either.
To top it all off, when I called to complain, the manager, Matilda, was incredibly rude. She said she didn’t need to notify me of the delay and had only notified the recipient. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I am beyond upset with this purchase and the terrible customer service. I expected much more for the price I paid. I will not be ordering from Edible Arrangements again, and I urge others to think twice before doing so.

I received an email for my birthday to pick up 6 chocolate dipped strawberries. I went to this location and was told I needed to make a 30 dollar purchase to receive the birthday gift. I showed her the email that never mentioned a purchase was necessary, she still proceeded to not honor the email. The store was not busy and I was the only one in the store so I’m sure sales are low and I understand why! I’ve just made a big purchase a week ago for my mom’s birthday! I will never come to this location and I’ve reached out to corporate regarding this.

I want to give a big thanks to Valerissa (driver for Edible Arrangements). She was kind enough to verify the address for my delivery. Which didn't match with delivery business drop off. Took the time to call me and get it worked out. The current address she had was way off. I appreciate the extra effort she made to get this fixed. We need more people like Valerissa and thank you once again. ...happy customer indeed ?
