Rent here often, staff has always been great helpful despite some of their occasional, coercive over-entitled, Katy customers that are a problem, especially at Holidays and foul weather events.

Wonderful experience with the location and staff. They were professional and provided prompt service.
My only concern is interior of the vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned.

I scheduled a residential pickup and the driver never came. There was no courtesy call or text to warn me. After about 45 mins of waiting I caught a Lyft, arriving an hour after my reservation time. The clerk simply said “yeah we dropped the ball” with no other remarks. The car given was filled to half a tank, making me even later to my destination because I had to stop for gas. The car was fine however, just the overall experience wasn’t off to a great start.

To start off the spin the worst customer service experience that I've had in a very long time. When I started having problems I contacted the store or the location multiple times and not one person there can answer the phone when I address this with the manager he just said well I'm understaffed what do you expect me to do. When I called the 1-800 number to talk to customer service there I was hung up on by 2 customer service agents what if I'm said he doesn't even have supervisor to report to so it's pointless for me to request to speak to a manager because of the rudeness that I was experiencing. It's customer service you answer the phone when someone's there you even if it's just to say hi we know you're calling we'll get to you in a moment it's not that difficult The card didn't have any windshield wiping fluid in it every time I rent a car from this location and Katie Texas it has half a tank or 3/4 of a tank and that's just ridiculous it's like the can't even go across the street to fill it up or they can't make sure that it's full or when the person's on their way to rent the car. The 1-800 customer service experience was even worse than the actual in-store experience and to be honest every single one of them needs to probably be reevaluated or audited because if I was a customer service agent and I talked to a customer like that I would have been fired.

Didn't have the premium class I reserved because one of the employees was in it, and gave me a standard vehicle instead without explanation. Drop-off procedures were not explained either for afterhours, and the vehicle brakes calipers were not properly aligned because they grabbed each time you step on the brakes.

Keagan is the man!!! I always get nervous talking to customer service agents because usually I get bad news, like we don’t have a car for you, or sorry we are closed for the next 4 days for a holiday. lol! It’s always something. I’m a bad luck chick. With a dark cloud of stormy weather that consistently hovers over my head. For example- I need a rental because a 90 year old woman t-boned me while I was driving down the Burlington parking lane. She cuts alllll the way across the lanes and doesn’t even break! And here I am. Limping with a slight twitch to my right eye. Not sure if it’s permanent. But my point here is that KEAGAN is the boss! He made this easy and was so nice! Even when I unluckily got disconnected at first . He called back!!! I was shocked. I’m so grateful for his amazing customer service and going above and beyond. Thank you Keagan. You deserve a raise and to run that place! I wish I had more contact with employees like you! Thanks so much friend! I appreciate your help truly with all my heart! Thank you!!

They refuse to answer the phone and have never had any available cars when I just go there since you can't call them. Don't waste your time go to another location.

Location always has the reserved vehicle available. Employees are attentive. Location also has plenty of parking to leave personal vehicles.

Amazing experience during Memorial Day weekend. Shout out to the team Keegan, Amber, Ashley and AL for displaying customer obsession by helping us get a quick replacement for our Van in time for our trip to Dallas. They then went out of their way to help us when we were stranded die to massive flooding in Dallas that delayed us from getting back to Houston for an extra day by waiving the extra cost incurred. I have been renting from them consistently over a year now and they always make the experience seamless
