“Came here for severe back pain. Took us win quickly . Nurse came in quickly despite shift change. Then doctor came in and ordered a cat scan. Doctor was exceptional. Overall, they resolved the short term issue which is what this is for. I would like to applaud the RN Romeo for an exceptional job and for making my wife laugh and distract her. He is very patient oriented . If you get Romeo, he will be great. Only issue was the wait time after care waking for the ambulance but Romeo took care of that. He was appreciated immensely. He needs to be given a raise .”
