Firestone Cinco Ranch was polite, friendly, and competent, finding the issue and getting it resolved unlike the Fry Rd store a week before who had me sitting for over an hour to say there was nothing wrong with my tire. Also answered questions Fry rd completely dismissed. Night and day difference.

I was just refused service even though they were still open for another 25 minutes. All I needed was 2 new tires put on 2 rims that I brought in with me. My son hit a pothole and blew out 2 tires on the passenger side of his car.

Poor service!!. I needed to mount my old tire after one blew out. The did not help unless I pay for a new one from them!!
I explain that my old tire was still in good shape. The did not care and did not help at all! I would never buy tires from them!

I was greeted and attended to as soon as I entered and my car service was done in a reasonable amount of time. I was called on the phone when my car was ready.

I called yesterday spoke with Eddie, he ordered my tires and said they would be in that afternoon so I made an appointment for 7am this morning (6/19). I arrived at the store and got the pleasure of meeting the "manager" Ivan, Ivan informs me that my tires are not even there. I was frustrated and started asking questions and Ivan made a comment that he might snap on me. Being a women and the only customer in the store at the time I felt very unsafe for my well being and left. Not to mention I didn't trust that Ivan wouldn't snap on my car. No manager should ever speak to a customer that way. He also excused his RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL behavior to being human.

I visited the store because my car had two different tire sizes. I purchased two correct-size tires and asked them to install them in the front and save my old tires, which were still new. I explained that I was replacing the tires due to the size difference, which was causing my ABS light to blink. However, when they started replacing the tires, I noticed they were removing the wrong wheels. I alerted them the mistake, and they said they would check it. Meanwhile, they tried to sell me windshield wipers (which I had replaced two days earlier) and an AC filter (also replaced two days earlier). After a two-hour wait, I discovered that they had indeed replaced the wrong tires and failed to put my old tires in the trunk. When I asked them to correct the mistake, they claimed it wasn't a problem to leave the tires as they were. I was astonished, as I had replaced the tires specifically to address the ABS light issue, which limits my speed to 50mph. To make matters worse, the correct tire size is 185/60/15, while the other tire is significantly larger at 196/65/15. The staff was consistently rude throughout the ordeal.

They couldn’t due my inspection because it was after 5 but the staff member, Jose, was extremely friendly and helpful and explained to me my options to come back the next day!

My go-to for car service! Don't always like the prices, but they take pretty good care of my vehicle ?
Update: Management turned over since my last review (I think) but the group is solid and business has definitely picked up. Either make an appointment or come early, they stay busy! #good4business s/o Eddie & Ivan, you guys are awesome, polite, professional, and efficient! Until next time ?

I have been a client for a Firestone competitor for many years, until I no longer could put up with their bad dealing. A friend recommended me Firestone and I am so happy I follow the advise. Very competitive prices, and excellent service but most of all, my sales advisor, José Mariscal at the 6820 S Fry Rd store in Katy, has been extremely professional, understanding of my needs and explained everything very clearly. From now on, I andm a Firestone client!

Eddie (sp?) was a great Firestone representative. I went in with the knowledge that I had a flat on an AWD Jeep and that the sidewall could be damaged. Well, it was. Even though I knew I would need a new set of tires, Eddie was absolutely helpful and assisted the cause. We talked about all of the options and ultimately settled on a new set of Destination AT's. I chose these tires because I no longer live in Colorado. I live in South Texas now and I do not need Bridgestone Revo's any more for snow. When I picked up the Jeep, the spare tire was not swapped out like I asked and Eddie did it on his own in 15 minutes. He was a great representative and I hope he is shown in that light!
