This gym is the worst option I could have chosen, I paid for a personalized training one month and canceled because I no longer wanted to continue, and then they charged me 700 dollars because they charge you to cancel and they charged me another month when I had already canceled. They didn't solve anything for me and they say you have 24 classes available to use. Of course seeing their faces is the last thing I want. I really don't recommend this place, they scam you horribly. Read the other reviews and you will see.

I gave it a try for 8 months and will not come back again.The gym was convenient for me since it's pretty close to my place, but it was hard to justify staying there when I have other options that are a bit farther with the same monthly premium such as Crunch Fitness and Planet Fitness.My issue with this gym is that they will constantly have machines that need maintenance but no one is doing anything about it in addition to missing equipment that are much needed.For instance, they've had the 50lb curl bars removed because they where damaged. The entire gym has only two of those and they were missing for over 3 months now. I've complained several times about this and I was told that they're coming "eventually" but they don't know when.Also there are no 80lb dumbbells. I also complained about this a long time ago.The back of the incline press machine has is hanging on a thread and will fall apart any minute and is only getting worse. I complained about it and they said that they can't touch it until the maintenance guy comes who happens to serve 20 other gyms by himself!!I even offered to bring my ratchet wrench and tighten it myself (which takes less than 30 seconds) but they said that's against policy.When I called to cancel my membership, I stayed 45 minutes on hold and they finally told me that I needed to pay $50 to cancel my membership that expires in 5 months from now (Oct)!!The annual fee is due November, and my monthly premium is $10 plus tax so i'm practically forced to pay the full remaining of my membership, but will not be allowed to enter the gym. What a joke!The list goes on, but I just mentioned a few things on top of my mind.

I have been coming to this gym from day one when it opened after being a home depot. I have brought people that have signed up for the gym, everything has been great except for policies that have been in place that are completely different from the entire company policy when it comes to guests. Today i brought in a guest that drove almost 15 miles to get here and even though the website asks at what time we are bringing in the guest and we placed 7 am the person at the desk did not let her in because the manager said they could not bring anyone until after 10:30 am which is completely different to what the corporation states the opposite. The problem is also the bad attitude of the person at the front desk saying to me “I am doing what I am told” in a way that is not only condecending, but also aggressive and disrespecful

The cardio machines do not work, there are machines that have been damaged for more than 3 months and they do not fix them

I don't come here but I just wanted to say that none of their lights in the parking lot work. Seems scary since nowadays there's crazy people everywhere. Fix your lights people

Half the equipment here is yellowed tape and doesn’t work. Been coming here for years and they have lacked maintenance and urgency to get things fixed . Let’s do better fitness connection!

If I could give this gym a zero I would. I joined this gym right before Christmas, I felt unwelcomed, nobody greeted me or even offered a tour, the place is overpriced and overcrowded. After a week, I tried to cancel my membership but was told I couldn't cancel unless I moved, or had a medical note. After much going back and fourth, it's finally being cancelled. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. It's a hot mess

I joined today and was greeted by Matthew in the front. He was AWESOME! Very professional and courteous. He took time to go over the membership with me, made sure he answered all my questions and I was comfortable signing up. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would have joined. Can’t wait to start my fitness journey. Thanks again Matthew!

I have been a member of this gym for years and have enjoyed my membership until recently. This review is for the Mason Rd location in Katy. They are not consistent with the kids club hours which makes it very Inconvenient if you have kids that are not school age and if it rains they will close because it will rain in there. They should make it convenient for the customer and not for themselves, I am very disappointed in this gym, every one does not want to wait until 4:00 to work out. Regardless of of how many kids shows up you should honor the contact and not keep changing the hours. I think its time for me to move on.

Within the few months I have been attending this gym, I would have to say the gym experience is amazing. Especially with the front desk, customer service, specifically Matthew Harris. He has shown so much patience within my time here, along with a great smile and attitude. It never fails, that every time I come in he always has a positive attitude, and amazing work ethic. And after speaking to his manager, Dre, I can see where the example is stemmedfrom
