This is one of the larger Five Belows that I have been to. There's definitely more products here than the other stores that I have stopped at.
Shelves are stocked high. Staff have managed to maintain them organized and easy to see.

They don’t even open on time. Got there early to do some shopping and they weren’t even open with it being 30 minutes after 10! Their one employee got there at 10 and proceeded to set things up, if you open at 10 you should be there sooner to get set up so you can open your doors at 10. Expect more being a location in a mall. Five below needs to hire better responsible people. They even kept their delivery driver waiting outside, whom I’m sure has a busy schedule to keep to. Every person who was waiting, about ten of us, all walked away. We got tired of waiting. The worst time management skills ever.

Katy Mills five below is racist!So I come up to the register waiting for someone to check me out. This lady walked up behind me and straight to the register. She had no eye contact with me for a good 30 secs, and there wasn't anyone else in line. So I ended up confused and walked up to her and asked her if she's ready. She looked at me up and down and shrugged and said "if you are".So I took out my stuff and started taking out my cash, she still just standing there chewing gum. Until I said can I have a receipt with that. She looked at me and said " are you ready?". I'm so confused why she can't just automatically start scanning, there is no one else there but me and her. I said yes and she scanned and told me the amount I put the cash on the table. She hold out her hand and gave me a look, like she want me to put it in her hand the table is not good enough. I got upset at this point and ask for her name and I want to see a manager. To no surprise her name is Sadie and she is the manager.So after I told her to write down her name and I asked for a complaint number to call she told me there is no number, and if there is one she doesn't know. I was so mad at this point I have now idea why she's being racist to me just because I'm asian and she's African American. From now on I will not be going to five below because they don't hire the right minded people to manage the store.

Horrible rude customer service. I walked in and was looking at a rug. After checking it out, I didn’t like it and I put it back where it was. This lady came out of nowhere and asked me rudely “Can you put that back down there”. I told her “I put it back where I found it”. Then she snatched the rug on shelf and threw it on the ground. That was really unnecessary.
