I was looking for a washateria to wash some bulky bedding and someone recommended this place. So I said why not it’s close by The lady with her two kids who are the front don’t even greet you, they all look upset, on their phones. Even when customers were in need of help. We put our stuff along with the soap in a machine that we thought worked. When the coins wouldn’t insert, we asked the older lady about the machine and she said oh that one doesn’t work, the sticker there you can’t even ready it. Two customers after also were about to put their stuff and I told them not to bc it wasn’t working. (Attaching pic of the sticker on the machine). Place is dirty . All the machines have old soap and scum on them where you dispense the soaps. Worn come back to this place where people working can’t even say good morning. I’ve attached pictures of the lady who works here & of the washers. Then we bought some drying sheets (we forgot ours) and the younger said I think they’re 2.50 well about 15mins she comes over and says actually they’re 3.00. It’s like come on if you work here you should know the prices to the things sold here. Sorry but I won’t be coming back here.

One thing I cannot stand is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used a large washer to clean my white king comforter set, and when the cycle finished, I discovered brown stains all over it. I approached the employee to address the issue, and her response was, ‘I’ve never seen that before. What are you implying? Are you asking for a free wash and dry?’ Instead of taking responsibility for their poorly maintained machines, she was dismissive and rude. This place is unprofessional, their equipment is clearly not maintained, and the facility is filthy. I will never return to this washateria.

The truth is, it is a laundry that leaves a lot to be desired, it is very dirty, most of the machines are damaged and it even smells bad. It is my first time and I think it will be the last time. I do not recommend it.

First time here, Lady at the front with a bad attitude don't even greet or thank the customers, left my beddings and don't even bothered to put them in a bag; waste of money.

Before the negative I would like to say that the establishment seemed pretty clean, and in a safe & comfortable area. With that being said, the lady at the front desk was absolutely so rude, and entirely unhelpful. When I walked up, I greeted her & asked about the pricing to have a blanket washed & dried, not dry cleaning, just a wash & dry. She told me $30, but when I questioned the pricing she gave me because it didn’t match what was on the pricing sheet right there on the counter, she stated that the sheet was old & the pricing had changed. When I asked her if there was anything she could show me to verify the pricing, because to me it seemed as if she just came up with an arbitrary number, she told me no, nothing like that exists. I ended up paying $97 to get 3 blankets washed & dried, as I was told it was $30 for each blanket. Also, the entire time she would ignore me to help another man, and they were clearly conversing and snickering about me in spanish. Due to the combined lack of customer service, organization and transparency I will not be returning.

It is a regular laundry mat, it's kind I f clean but definitely the bathroom needs more attention. They also offer dry cleaning and laundry services if you don't want to do it by yourself. The front washers are the biggest ones perfect for a big lad of clothes or to wash blankets and comforters. They have a machine to change dollar bills into quarters.

This cleaners is so rude!! It's seriously ran by Hispanics that will allow others waiting on washer to set wait and then when one of their own come up they pull the tape off the coin slot and allow them to wash in the washer held for paying persons who pay to have their cloths washed, dried, and folded!! Im not sure what reason the tape is over it because this picture i took was to show how I was in my car waiting for the man using 3 of the front row machine and three were taped but when that lady walked in she gave her the go ahead to wash after she took tape from the coin slot!! Shame on her also quite a few machines or dryers are not workable!

Old machines and dryers, it gets the job done. Machines use quarters.
