This has been the worst storage experience I’ve ever had. Most of the time I can’t even access the unit because the code doesn’t work. After just one month they raised the price, and the security here is basically zero. Very disappointing.

No security. My unit was broken into because they never update their security. Apparently all the doors have the same code and it hasn’t been changed in years. Cameras pointed directly at my unit and it didn’t deter the criminals. I doubt they even work.
After I received the call DAYS LATER that my unit was broken into over the weekend I was told I needed a stronger lock. Which is hilarious because a strong lock was on the unit. In fact, the thieves used the lock to break the cheap latch that IStorage puts on the doors!
Days after I still don’t have a new latch installed in the unit I am for some reason still paying for because istorage will not refund my monthly fee. Garbage company. Cheap dirty facility with comical security.
