Today My son redeem a Pokémon cards that he has from his membership but unfortunately he picked the wrong cards and staying still in the store he tried to make the changes(He never open the package) and the front desk People started giving hard time to make this change.Our disappointment is because the front desk people.didnt have patience with my son and also they were not friendly with us still having the membership from the store..Bad service

I agree with others about the customer service. The guy in the register yesterday Sunday 1/28/2024 was a bit rude but we moved on. If you don’t like your job find another one. Otherwise change your attitude smile and collect your pennies.

Extremely slow service, waited in line for 20 minutes while employees chat away with customers. Used game prices cost more than new compared to other retailers. Games are unavailable even though boxes are displayed on shelf.Will not visit again. Horrible experience

I had bought brand new controllers 07/13/23 I had spent 15.99 on the warranty for each controller, unfortunately my controller got stick drift after use. Hence why I buy warranties on my remotes, I’ve never had problems with GameStop before when getting remotes for my Xbox. Unfortunately with the “new policy” I couldn’t get a brand new remote I got a trade in remote that HAS STICK DRIFT. To top it off the remote is also feels like someone put their greasy hands all over it. I’m a gamer of over a decade. They should’ve honored the policy for the remote from before. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Don’t shop at this location if you’re a gamer. I’d rather go to Best Buy since they honor warranties. You just lost a pro member GameStop.

I’ve always had good experiences with this GameStop, but not today. I purchased a preowned game roughly 10 days ago. The associate named Jacob told me when I purchased the game that I had 30 days instead of 7 days to return the game for a full refund because of my pro membership. Which was kinda interesting cause I always thought it was 7 days. So I was oh wow that’s nice. I tried to return the game at another store today & they said they don’t know why Jacob would tell me 30 days. I called the store and Jacob was not helpful & insisting that he did not say that and I am the one who was mistaken. Whoever is in charge of this location, please educate your employees on your own policies & customer service, & to Jacob if that person happens to be you, take a sec to reevaluate your customer service skills before you talk to the wrong one.

A little beta 16 year old worker must have been having a bad day as a GameStop associate (probably hates his life) and thought it was okay to be disrespectful. Almost punched him in the face but I decided jail was not the place to be on Black Friday and walked out. @gamestop stop hiring virgins that are rude because there life sucks

Had a pretty good selection of games and merch. Everything was well organized and clean. But we didn't end up getting anything because there was only one guy at the register. I mean he was doing a bang up job running two registers by himself but the line was still a bit more than we felt like waiting in.

I brought my daughters to get a birthday gift, and the lady cashier was so pushy was encouraging them to grab everything they wanted without asking me first. Same with I believe was the manager an asian man, was telling her to add a hat to the purchase just be because they were touching it. Total disrespect. Without asking me if we were getting that too. Not coming back to this location.
