I took my truck into Gary thinking the worst for my transmission. It was shuddering and jerking while driving. After Gary diagnosed everything it turned out that I was just having a misfire on cylinder 7. Well I took his advice and did a tune up with new spark plug wires and that was the trick! No more shudder or jerk. Drives like a brand new truck! A million thanks to Gary and his crew for steering me in the right direction instead of charging me 5k for transmission work! Truly an honest company and I am truly greatful!!!!

Jun 3024 - OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this business. Gary and his technicians KNOW transmissions. I dropped off a 2017 Surburban with 137k miles throwing off 4 engine/transmission codes and running BAD! Gary was up front and shot me straight on the necessary repairs, cost, and time it would take to fix. He said 5-7 days doing it in 3 because he had parts in stock and was highly experienced in this vehicles repair needs because they see these vehicles frequently. The tru k is running like a top ?. The newly rebuilt transmission shifts smooth, does easy take offs, and stops with no issues. It's feels like it's a new truck. These guys KNOW their craft. I highly recommend their services if you're within 40 miles of Katy for all your transmission needs. Thanks, Gary, for doing it right!

2015 Ford f150 started transmission slipping in overdrive. Was told Gary's is the best. Took truck over and they ended up changing fluid and putting in additive. Was praying it would cost under $3000 and it cost $350. I love that you can trust them to do the right thing and not make up some terrible story that you need a new transmission! That are the Best-Awesome place!! I will recommend them to everyone?

Gary and his Team are absolutely the best!! When others said to trash the Honda Civic my daughter had, he knew specific details about Honda transmissions and did a service that made it NEW again. He has since serviced my daughters Lexus and will continue on all other cars we have! Super Honest! Great work!! They are super busy but worth the wait if you want QUALITY!!

I have taken my son’s car to Gary’s Transmission services to replace a part and Gary was very honest by giving us an opinion in regard to repairs. We ended up getting transmission rebuild and now the car was driving solid! Repairs took less than a week even though we were told that it may take longer based on the availability of parts! I really appreciate honesty and quality of work!
