Drove all the way here because I was interested in switching. Always have a difficult time making it after work since they close so early. Made the drive on a saturday since they say they’re open till 3pm (online & at their door). Turns out, they’re closed. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

Geico does not insure homes only cars.
Tom Malers office did not tell or explain that at signing. I paid in full and my homeowners insurance was cancelled 4 weeks latter.
I'll have to find another company for home and auto.
It wasn't anything we did.
I can't recommend him or Geico.

I was in an accident as a passenger back in November. My friend driving was not at-fault, so it was the other driver's insurance (Geico) who had to pay. I accepted what they offered me without any issue, and they agreed to cover all my medical expenses. I also notified my adjuster of the damage done to my laptop, to which she requested me to send her an email with the damages and photos... and I did. Six months later, I still have people sending me the same bills over and over again for non-payment, even though I've been forwarding them to my adjuster. Come to find out, Geico switched my adjuster without telling me! In the small amount of communication I've received since finding out, the new adjuster claimed that the bills have been paid. I've tried calling several times and have not been able to speak to anybody yet, except the nice customer service woman and the receptionist. And I still have no news about my laptop, which I WILL be getting reimbursed for—even if I need to take legal action.

This is not about Tom Maler. This is about Geico. I canceled my auto policy with Geico in November 2022 before my policy ended by phone. Geico said they extended my policy until the end of December 2022 after I already canceled. They have been hounding me saying I owe them $415 it stopped for a while then out of the blue I receive a letter yesterday. I have filed a complaint against Geico with the Texas Insurance Commissioner and about to get a lawyer and sue Geico. I did not go a day without insurance and have excellent credit. I cannot help but wonder how many people in Texas is Geico doing this to. It is completely wrong.

Well, the service is bad, I never fail in my payments. I have a claim and they have not returned my call or messages. I am going to look for another alternative. They did not comply.

Finally a local office in Katy not far from Richmond, 5 or 10 minutes away I got the insurance that I needed, Allstate could not satisfied what I need it done and their office was up in North Dallas instead question mark, Judy a Geico was awesome, she got me taken care of immediately, a friend of mine needed insurance I called her up she was able to do that over the phone and email proof of insurance! I could not ask for quicker and faster service! And plus I saved money over Allstate! Homeowners and my car insurance saved money, my friends saved money, I couldn't ask for a better ending
