Never coming back, the customer service was terrible he greeted us at first then later rudely told us that we needed to stop testing the clubs out even though we only were there for about a minute! How about don't have the projector on if customers aren't welcome to test out products they are looking to spend lots of money on? I hope the young man that worked on 12/23/23 at the back learns some customer service skills so he can actually get a sale.

Customer service is a joke. Tried to return a $450 putter, unused, without a receipt, it was a gift. Told me no problem but can only give me the latest lowest price. I agreed. Their system said $132. I'm like umm no. I'll keep it before giving it away. But go ahead and ring me up another one. He said OK but its $450. I said no, I want the one that sales for $132. He said he cant sale them that cheap. But you just said that's the new sale price. He said OH, they probably used rewards to get it that price. What does rewards have to do with this? Just confusion, manager confused too.Family will never be back.

Great experience! I had to get some clubs for my 7 years old daughter, and decided to stop by here for the first time. All the guys at the Golf Galaxy were very helpful. Taylor went above and beyond to help me picked the best fitted clubs for my daughter. We will definitely be back.

I came in looking for a driver really no clue what I'm doing. I explained to kellen what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to find me the right club. Very good customer service I would highly recommend this store. Also the store is very nice quiet chill vibes to and they also have a little range to test clubs out. Kellen is the real mvp for my purchase !

I had a similar experience as some of the previous reviewers. I went in last night (6:30 pm ish on Monday - 10/21/19) to purchase a new set of clubs for my 9th grade son who recently joined the golf team at school. I had done my research and narrowed it down to 2 or 3 sets that I wanted him to hit. When we walked in, no one greeted us. We walked to the clubs and milled around and no one ever came over to ask if we needed anything (I didn't even see anyone working - so I could not even go make someone help us). There was maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the store - who were also not being helped by an associate. We went to the club-fitting / hitting bay area in back and hit a few clubs while waiting on assistance - which never came. As we were leaving, two employees were sitting in the check-out area (no one in line) talking and playing on their phones. No, "did you find everything okay" or "did you guys need some help." Just a, "have a good night." We went across the highway to PGA Superstore and got his clubs. We will start there from now on.
