Sat in dock for over an hour and no one even touched the truck. Seemed like only 1 guy was working changing tires. Waste all day at this place. Very poorly run

When the Loves left me stranded for 6 hours without even a phone call to say they aren't coming I called Goodyear. They told me 90 minute wait untill someone arrives. They arrived in 30 minutes and was back on the road within the hour. Will use from now on no matter the price.

The staff at this location are very kind. My car tire blew out really bad and it was the closest tire shop around. Didn’t know it was a commercial tire shop. However that didn’t stop them from going above me beyond to help me get back on the road. I wish I had an 18-wheeler, strictly to patronize them. God bless you all.

Blew a tire at Buc-ees gas station. Trailer wasn't in the way of anything. Called Good Sam's roadside assistance. They contracted with this Goodyear tire store. The guy shows up with a bewildered look on his face. He says because it was private property that we would need to move the trailer out to the road. What?? That would ruin the rim for sure. They also wanted $706 to do the job. I sent the guy away because he quite obviously didn't want to do the job. Called Discount Tire and got the same exact Goodyear tires installed for $385 out the door.

Yesterday we used them and this place is a rip off... they charge for being there while waiting for their second truck to show up because first trucks compressor would not start... approximately 45 minutes... they also charged for tire disposal when we kept the old tires and rims... we needed 3 tires and 2 rims with a roadside service call... $1863.16 kind of steep... called them today and they said the check has all ready been deposited so no refund... their prices are a little high... we have 38 tires on truck and trailer... they will not get out business again...

I just have to tell folks about the GREAT experience we had at the Goodyear Tire Center on I-10 E in Katy, TX! My sister was traveling in her RV and noticed one tire had gone flat; we stopped at a service station on Cane Island Parkway but the air pump wouldn't go high enough to fill her tire. She noticed the Goodyear Center on the opposite side of the highway, so we drove over and asked if someone could please fill the tire.

They have great customer service, knowledge and friendly staff. I did however find the prices on the high side but also recognize that their products and the quality of their products are top of the line .
