All of the service reps and store manager were patient with us and worked with us to get the best service possible. My car is working as good as new and they were informative and helpful. I don’t know much about cars but they broke it down to me where I could understand. I recommend them and will be back whenever needed.

I would like to thank Edward (front counter) and Mr Fagan (store manager) for a very good first-time visit. The first battery in my 2018 subaru outback lasted less than two years. The second battery from subaru did last longer, however, I decided that my third battery will be a diehard. I decided on the diehard platinum, but the platinum was too large to fit in the battery space. Edward suggested to go with the "most popular" diehard gold. Mr Fagan, who was near by and over-hearing the conversation, managerially interjected and found a auto supplier that carried the right size diehard platinum and I left a very happy customer. Thank you Mr Fagan for taking that extra customer service care.

All the attendants were friendly and helpful. They located the nail in my tire that had been causing a slow leak. Installation of the new tire was quick. Two thumbs up!

The tire pressure sensor on my car was showing low pressure and I pulled in with hopes they could look at the tire. These guys were great in getting my car right in and found a nail in the tire. They had it fixed and I was on my way in a short amount of time. They even offered use of small refrigerator to put leftovers from lunch in so didn’t have to leave in hot car. I’ll definitely go back to this location for other services.

I wont go back and get tires or alignment from here. Management was kind of rude when I approached them about missing lugnuts left or taken off my vehicle while I had with my service done.

Great customer service and I was in and Out no long wait. I needed a tune up and I had an appt tomorrow but I just showed up because I really needed it done today and Terrel took me right away. I appreciated his hospitality they even have bottled water and a coffee station. Thank you so much!

This store did an amazing job on my tire. I came into the store on a rainy Sunday with a spare tire on my vehicle. The store manager Edward Snelling was able to quickly get me in to see the tech without much wait. He let me know the price of a new tire upfront but they would try to see if they could save my original tire first. The tech, Isaac Lopez took time to check my tire and he found my tire had a nail in it but the nail didn't cause much damage. Isaac was able to patch my tire and place it back on my vehicle. He placed my spare back in my truck and they were able to get me on my way. 10 out of 10 best service.

Charged 40% more than what is advertised on Goodyear website for same tire brand and model. If I wasn’t in such a hard situation I wouldn’t allow them to take advantage of the situation that I needed it
