I went to hair cut on 24-Jan-2025 Great Clips location at 9555 Spring Green Blvd Ste C, Katy, TX 77494. Old lady was very rude, and she was purposefully pulling hair with machine. I have to tell her frequently to stop. She does not know how to use tools and did not even do proper hair cutting. She should not be serving this location and must be removed. Very bad first-time experience.

In all my years of living, I have never received a worse haircut than today. I do not remember her name, but there was a personnel who cut my hair. I specifically told her to run a number 2 on the sides and not to do it too high and cut 1 inch off the top. She not only cut my hair up to the very top from the sides, she LEFT AN INCH of hair on the top. Very disappointed!!

They have something wrong with their app...I decided to try it as I was near this place. It was supposed to be a wait 12 minutes when I checked in,. However after 25 minutes the new waiting time became 40 minutes... Of course I left....

Friendly staff and love the inline sign in to tell when to go instead of waiting in the store. Would highly recommend.

Very poorly staffed. I visited there. Thursday, July 18, 3:00pm, one stylist working. With one hour wait time. Will look elsewhere.

The white lady was very rude during the haircut, she was not in a good mood and she was just complaining about life and in the end she didn't trim my hair on the back and sides, and in about 4 minutes she was done. I will no longer return to that establishment.
