I didn't think \\\"finding the right mortgage lender\\\" was an actual thing. Rob proved me wrong about that. He was funny, helpful and resourceful. There wasn't a roadblock that he wasn't able to get around. He and his team made what I thought would be a teeth pulling process and turned it into a good time. I've recommended him to a handful of friends already. If you are thinking of getting a home then I recommended him to you too.

10/10 would recommend. Rob took care of my refinance during 2020 promptly and seamlessly. He was honest, provided me multiple options and thoroughly explained the pro’s and con’s to each. I received quotes from three different loan officers and Rob at Guild Mortgage was cost effective and competitive in his pricing. He even FaceTimed me during my closing when he couldn’t be there in person (due to the pandemic) to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was available and responded to my (many) questions accurately and also made his team available when I had questions unrelated to his scope of expertise. Rob Linder will always be my lender.

He makes the experience seem easy, although there are so many steps. His team is second to none, and the videos he sends about updates in the process are a nice touch.
