UPDATE 7/5/25: It seems the pump slowness has finally been addressed. I have changed my review accordingly.
The gas pumps here are incredibly slow — it takes forever to fill up. This has been an issue for months with no sign of improvement. Not worth the wait unless you absolutely need to fill up.

the girl in the front, Sofia, she is Hella rude and nasty!
she was eating some caramel popcorn licking her fingers and dropping popcorn all over. she handed me my receipt and stuff like that! 🤢
that is NOT sanitary or professional!! eww! not to mention that when I walked up she just ☝️😠
I stood there waiting while she ate her popcorn and finished her conversation with the other 2 people there.
like, im just trying to put gas and go about my day.

This store has fallen greatly! It's dirty and unkempt. Come on H‑E‑B get it together! This is very disappointing! The other H‑E‑B stores in the area put you to shame!

Time for a little HEB love. It's not so much to store but what it stands for - friendly, and support for the community. But I digress. This is the HEB Plus. Essentially if you need it, it's probably here. Flowers, bulk foods, freshly baked goods - had to pass on fresh Key Lime Pie, fresh sushi - had to leave that behind too. We did get some fresh & warm flour tortillas to take back to NM with us. As we checked out another cheerful face made sure we found everything we needed. Can't say we've ever had a bad shopping experience at HEB - this one was no exception to that.

I have been on hold for over an hour, they didn't gave me all of my curbside items I ordered. I understand this happens but to not return a call. I have a patient with a broken leg and it has taken HOURS out of both of our day to try and get some food. Very very unhappy with this experience.

H-E-B fuel stop oh, also has addateck fuel system treatment which I find to be very convenient

Air Station takes money but doesn't work. Apparently it's been this way for weeks but they are too lazy to put a sign warning you or fix it.
