Probably the only pharmacy I have actually never had an issue with. The staff are helpful and have always helped me resolve issues with filling prescriptions.

I switched to HEB Pharmacy after having problems with CVS. The Pharmacists, Hala and Syed and staff Victor, Melissa, Alma, Fatou and Gabby are absolutely top-notch. Melissa especially has helped us save a significant amount of money using Good RX coupons. We're grateful to everyone there for their willingness to help and their customer service. We highly recommend HEB Pharmacy on S. Mason rd at Highland Knolls.

I'd had some small problems with medication, But Gabby fixed it all up. Sometimes i have to wait one single day for a last minute refill! I think the staff is nice, Just over worked and very underpaid for all the stuff they deal with day to day. I've been using this location for almost 3 years.

Alma is SO RUDE!!! I’ve had many unpleasant transactions with her and it has gotten worse and worse. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this pharmacy

Horrible pharmacy, they never have anything ready, they don't call us. And when I asked him why they don't call us they gave us the wrong number that they had. When I've already been to them three or four times. There's always a problem at this place, I'm never using them again

Absolutely incompetent staff.I dropped off a paper script prescription at the Katy (Mason & Highland Knolls), location. They told me it would be ready in 45 min.Two hours later, the prescription is STILL not ready- and to make matters worse- they transferred it (without my consent or notification), to the Pin Oak location - WTH?!?I was told to wait - and I’ve been waiting an additional hour - just to pick up my original paper script prescription that was dropped off 3 hours ago!!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Pharmacy staff: Gabby was rude and poor cashier: Melissa was clueless.Not a happy customer!!!Update:FINALLY received my prescription. I had one refill remaining on original paper script that was dropped off.Receipt stapled to script states “No refills remaining.” Now, I’m having to deal with these people, yet again, just to get this rectified.What a mess…. NEVER AGAIN!!!!*** I truly hope management reads these reviews because something SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!!

Worst Pharmacy ever I have been coming here for over 10 years and it has gone downhill they used to take the time care and concern! Not anymore. They close the drive-through early before the actual close time and treat you as if you're at number not a human. Gabby is the only one who still cares.

The pharmacy is busy. They never answer the phone. The hold times on the phone is long. I waited 12 to 15 minutes for the pharmacy assistant to answer.

I really like this pharmacy, but they are horribly understaffed. You can wait a good 30-45 minutes just to get to the front of the line.

There are two sweet ladies holding the fort down. i was upset when i came in because my son has the flu and he's 2yo and miserable we had our drs appt at 3pm i was sure the 2 meds would be ready but here we are at 8pm waiting for pick up. i also tried calling ahead and was on hold for 12 minutes, it's so obvious these sweet girls are understaffed and have been these past few days H-E-B please fix this your employees and customers deserve better. I do not blame the employees they are happy chipper and oh so helpful they even expedited my son's prescription since i came all the way over here.

A pharmacy that shames and belittles a customer for medication that their doctor has prescribed deserves no stars and it only takes one instance by one judgmental employee to forever soil that companies reputation.I.E. employees of a pharmacy represent the company as a whole, shame on H.E.B.
