This pharmacy is by FAR more competent, kind, and organized than CVS or Walgreens. Their prices are competitive and the staff is very nice.

(Pictures showing human hair on the sad broken crab legs with “black molds or something”on it).Have been good with this H‑E‑B until today, ordered curbside pick up with some snow crab legs, while the H‑E‑B staff loading the items, I asked to check the crab legs to see if they’re fresh, but the gentleman told us to just check when we get home, and to just “CALL” if anything is wrong.Well, we live 30mins away, and by the time we’re fixing dinner (for four hungry kids!!), we found out these (as pictures shown). If molds or broken pieces are still “acceptable”to me, then the HUMAN HAIR is a big NOOOO!Called H‑E‑B right away as the staff told me to, trying to get this issue solved, instead of helping us, the “lady on the phone in charge of curbside department” was questioning us like we’re trying to get some free “seafood”—which worth only $30 dollars btw.She was being so rude and insisting us to bring back the food for a refund (one hour round trip for us, while four hungry kids waiting for dinner), I told her that it’s very unfair to us because we asked to check at the store but it’s the staff who told us to bring home and “JUST CALL” for anything wrong. And food quality isn’t something at the customer’s fault. Finally she agreed to a refund but “we can’t question any seafood for our further seafood orders” then just hand up!!! Excuse me? I don’t think it’s H‑E‑B’s policy? And How rude this lady is!! (I kind of feel like she’s being racist too)The nasty crab legs with human hair and mold is now in my trash can and we’ll be avoiding going to this location from now on thank to this rude attitude.

This HEB gets a decent 4 stars as everything is pretty much standard. However, I add an extra star because this HEB's canned fish game is hella strong.

HEB Delivery out of this location is terrible! In my opinion this store should not offer delivery at all. My rating is based on several factors, mainly the in store shoppers and the third party delivery partnership with Favor. I have been using the HEB app to order my groceries and have them delivered. The quality of items chosen by the associates does not justify the price HEB is charging for this service. Every order is a surprise, and 99% of the time it is upsetting since we are already paying inflated prices for food. I have had ground meat that was already turning brown, bruised and damaged fruit, stale bakery and pantry items, to name a few. I've noticed the items chosen for me are near expiration date and to my knowledge there is no option in the app to request the freshest items. Delivery is a major disappointment because Favor (a poorly rated company on the Better Business Bureau website) has sent out drivers that do not communicate properly, do not use up to date gps apps, and are careless when handling my groceries. The drivers get lost easily and do not know or understand English to complete the delivery on time. I have waited up to 30 minutes for a delivery after it left the store because a driver could not find my home. Twice I have had a driver include trash from their vehicle in HEB bags along side my groceries. I'm not going to reach out to Favor because I know I will not get a response, I hold HEB responsible for this mess and hopefully they will start paying attention. Other factors that contribute to this rating are frequent out of stock items that are showing in stock when I order them. I know HEB will replace any items that are damaged or incorrect, but usually the replacements will be delivered on their schedule with no text updates. And if a refund is issued, it takes several days to process. These inconveniences add up over time and cause people to shop somewhere else. If HEB wants to do nothing to improve this service, fine, just reduce the pricing so we aren't constantly taking a hit every time.

Nice,clean, and helpful employees. Only frustrating issue has to do with large crowds/parking places can be hard to find. Which means it’s a great place to shop, just have to go in the mornings to avoid large crowds.

They have finished renavating the refridgeration section. If was a pain to find where food had been relocated to while they we doing it section by section. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The produce and meats are always fresh. They have a great selection and a great price often with coupons and meal deals.

Nov 2023 - The HEB on S Mason & Highland Knolls was well stocked and buzzing with people today. Which was interesting since it's been 4 days since we've had Thanksgiving. ? Nevertheless, they are doing a great job here.

This HEB is not as big as some of the others in the area, but it’s always well stocked and everyone is friendly and helpful. They just finished a remodel, so things have been moved around! Use your HEB app and make your list on the app before you go shopping, and it will tell you which aisle your items can be found in the store.Also, check out this seasonal Snickerdoodle Cookie ice cream! (Hint: It pairs well with pecan pie. ?)

Ever since covid started I've been using their app + curbside service, and it's by far the easiest way to shop for groceries. The selection is always great, and the customer service is top notch. HEB is the best, and why I look for one wherever I am in Texas.

Lots of selection and it's good to download the app before going as it will save you money. The store has a confused layout around the cheese, butcher and bakery section. The rest of the store is fine. The produce section has lots to offer. The checkout staff were excellent and there is a fun machine for the kids to play at the checkouts. They can win tokens and save for prizes.

I am going to need to wear a go pro if i do head back. If I get run into by another employee with a cart or pallet jack I am contacting an attorney. One bruise is still on my right ankle.The rebuild was a disaster IMO. Going by the fact your lot is no longer full on the weekends might be an indicator.Also, prices went up. Feed a big family so I can tell. Now doing most of my shopping down the road.. place starts with a K. Easier parking and less chaos trying to leave the lot as well.
