This location did my husband's taxes specifically, Gabriela Barrera, first she got the SS# for one of his children wrong, then we had to do an amended return and she left off our apartment number. It's been a YEAR and still NO refund! After spending almost 1K....SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. And this location is a franchise store, so we can't get relief from corporate.

Very unorganized and clueless. Called me about someone else taxes. When I went up inquire about mine was clueless was unable to help. Had to come back twice. Will not use them ever again.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't what I expected. I paid for service and a couple weeks later. I found out that the completion of my taxes wasn't send over electronically. I had to go into the office and sign the returns and mail them off myself. Totally unprofessional.
