This is for the Take 5, Mason Rd Location: To be honest, I was skeptical about the service because the gentleman were very young. However, they were excellent, professional and didnt try to over charge or oversell anything. I was impressed, nice young gentleman ❤️

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now and typically I have fantastic service. That's not to say that this experience was absolutely Dreadful but some things did transpire that kind of make me want to go to a different location. I arrived there was one person in front of me but was able to go ahead and pull into the bay. My information was taken and the hood was popped. What happened after that is where the sour taste came in. Now while everyone was super nice there was a gentleman that was newer and learning is definitely part of the trade so I get it. We discussed my filter as well as my AC filter inside my glove box. I purchased the vehicle used so I figured you know what yeah let's take a look at it I don't know it's condition and if it's bad I'd like to go and have it replaced. The gentleman came over was able to unclip the glove box and find the air filter. The filter look fantastic so we decided not to replace it. He puts the filter back but then he can't get the glove box to click back into position. He attempted a few times and every time he would shut it it was not working would not make contact it was crooked so while he's fiddling with it, and this is where my sour taste comes in, he made a comment stating and I quote you said you bought this car used right? I immediately stated nah dude that glove box was fine before you messed with it and that's the point where he started retracting and just saying oh yeah I know I know he was able to get it back in place which is fantastic and expected. We're getting close to finishing up and he says okay you're all done let me guide you out. I said okay well typically when I come I get a sticker telling me when I need to come in for my next oil change and the technician typically will come in and reset the oil life on the vehicle. This was after he had already walked forward to try and guide me out of the bay I had to call him back to the car. Not his fault but the sticker was not printing and I kid you not I was there for 42 minutes. It was 100° outside. Which sucks for me and for them. But I'm used to getting in and out within 20 minutes or less. So receiving four stars isn't that bad. There was a learning curve.. the issue I had was the comment that he made and then having to wait so long for the things that are supposed to be part of the service.

Sent my son to get inspection done. He came back with oil and coolant change. And it was not needed. Trickery.
And he came back without the inspection. He said he asked for the inspection. And to check coolant level.
Over 250 $ when all I needs was the inspection.

The service was excellent . The gentleman listened to me . And because I was underneath the mileage for the next oil change, he just topped it off on All before the guys were making me get a new oil change every time all light came on so this guy right here on Mason Road don't know his name he was excellent, but all the guys on Mason Road is excellent

The young kid who did my emissions test was very rude . He didn’t say good morning or talk . All he did was point and told me he was going to open my door for the test. In the end he didn’t tell me if I passed or failed just gave me the papers and walked away and went in office and sat down and put his feet up on the desk . The second young man who took my payment was much nicer . I will not go here again for anything.

Service received was great. It was sad to hear of all changes Take 5 is making. Since this is closest to me. I have not choice but to go back to my old location off westheimer.
